DO NOT WASH DOG BEDS HERE! They have a sign posted towards the back of the place, but I did not see that until I already started one. By then it was too late and the washer was locked. I just had to watch the bed fall apart and feel stupid. I took off one star for the poor placement of the sign. I gave it the other 4 for being clean and the woman working there (likely the owner) was very busy tidying up the whole time. She definitely gave me the stink eye the whole time I was there. I suppose I deserve it. SMH

Put clothes in dryer ...after 30 min soaking wet .another 40 min soaking wet..brought them home to dry in apt...ugh

the best that Norwood has...it only has one problem: restaurant customers park there when you arrive, to do u laundry there is no parking .

Have been going out of my way to use this laundromat due to clean machines and facility.
Always open the part/flap on top of washing machines where you add detergent/fabric softener and look if the reservoir is clogged with other peoples detergent or fabric softener. Those clogs quickly turn moldy and gross. That will end up washed in with your clothes. I pay attention to this for family allergies. This laundromat takes care of its equipment. Any clogs I saw were already addressed when I came back the next time.
I hope they continue to take care of their equipment. I will keep going across town just to use the well kept machines.

Great place. Only complaint is with the mid-sized Speed Queen machines. It takes at least an hour for a wash cycle. I washed and dried all my other linens, blankets, and comforters, yet I'm still waiting for this one wash load to stop.

Good prices. But, the old lady who works there early mornings is a nasty old woman. I spend HUNDEREDS of dollars a month washing my businesses laundry there and she decided it was appropriate to not only close down an entire ½ of the space to mop and try to block me from using the giant washers which I needed, but also got verbally nasty with me when I started using them anyways (she had walked away and started chit chatting with some other old ladies there washing their clothes) . I have a business to run, I can only come at 5.am because this place is a mad house after 10am. I don't appreciate being blocked from all the washers and then have her turn around and say "ya know I told you not to walk where I mopped" and then proceeded to tell her little friends how I'm " so rude and not worth it". Literally just trying to do my damn laundry. If that's how this place treats their customers maybe I'll bring my company's business somewhere else. She's also stopped my clothes drying to clean lint traps before and not restarted the cycle, im surprised a business would openly treat their patrons this way. Crazy how this place is a laundromat that doesn't want people to actually do their laundry. If you know you need to mop and the place opens at 5, maybe get there 30 min to an hour before opening like you should be so that the place is ready for your customers at opening. Don't make it their problem you were unprepared and then openly INSULT THEM to the rest of the customers.

Was the best laundromat in the area. Always clean, machines worked very well, and anytime I had an issue it was resolved immediately. Every weekend when I have to do laundry im sad it’s temporarily closed.

Very good machines, but don't leave your clothes unattended or you just might find your clothes being handled by someone you don't know... even though other machines are available.

I've never been to a laundromat to wash comforters before, but that's what we did today! The place is clean and there are a ton of machines of all sizes. The cost was decent as well- less than $30 for 3 big comforters! It's also very nice that you can pay with cash or a card and dont need a million quarters. We will definitely be back to do more big items!
