You'd think a vacuum Store would be clean but not this one. The owner is a creep and has terrible listening skills. He said our vacuum could not be repaired but other stores said it could.

Brought a Shark vacuum in for belt replacement and was told to just throw it away, they don't make replacement parts. Way to make money. Order the belts on Amazon and BAM a working vacuum. It is amazing they stay in business turning away easy money

Great customer service from a knowledgeable staff who did a great job steering me to products in my price range that fit my needs, and assisted one of the two items I purchased without being asked. I truly can't recommend this place highly enough.

Please don't make the mistake of trying to get service done here - communication is nonexistant. I went here about two months ago to get warranty work on my Miele vacuum. I had a lot of trouble trying to get the person there to even make eye contact with the part that was broken and he just kept saying it was fine.I eventually got him to see the broken part and he said it would take 1-2 months for the part and then just grabbed the vaccum and started carrying it away. The suction part of the vacuum still worked fine and that's a long time to go without cleaning, so I asked if I could hold the vacuum and return when the part came in since lead times are long with Covid. He agreed, took down the serial number and part on a service ticket and gave me the tear off receipt with a claim number. He said he would call when the part came in.After not hearing anything in two months (was giving the full time because of Covid) I called him. He said that he doesn't remember me. I tried to get him to look up the claim number for the receipt that I was holding, and he said it doesn't matter because he had no intention of ordering a part without holding the vacuum.I'm posting this to make sure people are aware that this person is extremely challenging to work with. The only win here is that I didn't actually leave my vacuum with him for a few months.

Not a positive experience at all! Took a very long time to get back my vacuum, I made numerous visits, and the customer service was very lacking. Not only that, when I picked up my vacuum the owner forgot to give me one of the parts. So, another trip to Norwood. Would strongly suggest you look for another place to have your vacuum repaired or serviced.
