Not going back. During the first time in this salon, I was told to pick a color and they didn’t tell me where the nail colors were and seemed inconvenienced when I asked. I like my nails short but the technician cut my nails shorter than a salon ever has. Some fingers felt raw, the nails were not straight (for a square shape), and some nails were left noticeably longer than others. Before the dip powder was applied, I mentioned that she hadn’t cut any nails on my left hand yet, and she said she would file them down after the dip was on despite already cutting down the nails on my right hand. The final result had bubbles and streaks in it and somehow another color was in 2-3 of the nails.Another client at the salon wanted acrylics but had just ripped a nail on her way into the salon, so the wound had not had any time to heal. At first, the salon rightfully declined to cover that nail with any products, and the client was annoyed and kept pushing them. The technician later offered a solution that would cover the fresh wound, although that could easily create an infection and is not something that should be done, even if the client was told to remove it as soon as her event was over so it could heal properly.

They do a good job on the nails but if you’re in a time constraint DO NOT GO. they will yes you and then make you wait over 30 min. They have never taken me at my appointment time and I’ve gone here 10+ times. Never again thoughServices: Foot massages

This was not a great experience. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming, or even pleasant really. Seemed as if I were a chore. Stopped working on my nails and switched technicians at weird times with no explanations, no check ins for being ok with shape, length, etc. The technician cut the skin and caused bleeding in several places on both my feet and hands. Again, no apologies or acknowledgement- just seemed exasperated to have to stop and find materials to stop the bleeding. My nails look ok, just ok. The shapes are different for different fingers/toes, they are not filed level, and the polish isn't smooth but I've had worse. I got a gel mani/pedi with one solid color- nothing unusual. This was my first time, and I won't be back.

I got a manicure done yesterday, and the woman rushed through it in order to go sit on a chair the remainder of the time I was waiting for who I came with. My mail immediately ripped off, and the Polish is already chipping less than 24 hours later. The person I came with for a pedicure and acrylic full set which took FIVE HOURS. the nails looked good, but the service was poor

They have no respect for anyone's time. I made an appointment for Mother's Day and we planned our day around it. We waited for over a half hour before they started, the water was freezing, and they rushed through us. We scheduled a manicure and pedicure for Mother's Day and hadn't even started the manicure by the time we were supposed to be done, so we had to cancel. The assigned technicians for our appointments took new customers right before we got there. Super disappointing. Not the relaxing Mother's Day experience we wanted.

I was hesitant to leave this review, but have since decided to switch salons because it’s still on my mind. I think the ladies at passion nails are wonderful and do a great job. I’ve been going for years and have gotten my sisters and cousins going there as well. I always made my appointments with Sen or Winnie but since Winnie left I make them with Sen. I made my appointment in advance with Sen for early in the morning (9:30), she was late so they told me to sit for my pedicure, well she must have ran behind and took the next scheduled client. without warning or asking me she had me go with another nail tech. There was no apology or explanation. It was unprofessional and as a client for years I figured I was at least owed some sort of acknowledgment. It bothered me the entire appointment that she didn’t even look over and say so sorry I was running late. I won’t be back, but they do a great job and I hope this review helps prevent this from happening to another client :)Services: Manicure

Passion nails did an awesome job. I got a full set and pedicure. I was nervous about trying a new salon, but I'm glad I did. Everyone made me feel really welcome and they were very patient with me ( I take awhile to decide on my nail art). I loved them so much I went back and got lash extensions done. I don’t normally post reviews, but I have to show love because this acrylic set is 2 weeks old and not a single finger has lifted yet. The last two times I got nail extensions (not here) they were poorly applied and didn’t last, so I went into this a little skeptical…. but Diamond popped off!She took her time and made sure each nail was evenly shaped, rounded, and flat. She wasn’t too talkative beyond checking if I liked my nails, which I actually appreciated — it was early in the morning and both of us were still waking up, but she definitely did her thing. Loved her application and 100% satisfied.

we came in, told them we had an appointment and immediately told us “we don’t have time for you” I called on saturday making sure they had time for me and my friend but when we went in they completely ignored us and didn’t talk to us or try to help us with the situation. terrible customer service, not going back.Service: Manicure

DO NOT GO HERE. Awful experience, not friendly, did a terrible job and did not do what I asked for that was promoted on their pages and told me they could not do that. They are not clean at all either. Got them done and they didn’t last 12 hrs. Contacted them about it right then and there to get re done because it was not what I asked for and even when I was there the first time I said it was not like the picture but they proceeded to do it anyways. They told me to come back so they can fix which I appreciated at that moment until I went back, I was made to feel bad for even asking for a re do that I was told I could get. They STILL did not do what I asked for but at that point I was just like it’s fine. They said I was all set and of course I thought I was since I just paid over 100 dollars 24 hrs before that. They chased me out and made me pay AGAIN. I stated the reasons why I was not happy at all, they proceeded to “argue” with me about it and told me I had to pay and not just one person (two employees). I will NEVER go back here and I truly tried because I always want to go back to places and give business but this place is an absolute waste of money. Very un professional and awful employees. I have never had an experience like this before in my life. Absolutely AWFUL. I am appalled.Services: Nail art
