how about delivering the mail to the right address. happens more times than i care to mention. so much mail i have not received, tickets, magazines, you name it. most recently my prescription AGAIN!

Always have a good experience at this post office. There is always plenty of parking. The staff is friendly too. Every time I'm there, I always get greeted, and they always say bye too. It's always clean too!

The personnel deliver succinct and on-time. Through rain, sleet, and snow. It requires some getting used to. Jungle landscapes in Hawaii do not get this cold in the Winter. Still counting blessings, despite the thermostat.

The heavy set lady was rude and unprofessional. It says Clerk 15 on my receipt not sure if that will tell you who it is but she needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers. Not pleasant, courteous or helpful. Not great experience at all on 10/14/2021 1:03 pm.

Needs to improve service. Repeatedly carriers neglected to scan packages. Resulting in lost and unverified pickups or deliveries. Which cost me money and goods. Very unsatisfied. Furthermore, no contact information is available to report issues.

I think we are on a training route! The mail is delivered at different times, by different people, and to the wrong house pretty frequently! However, going to the post office is always very pleasant!! Great folks work there!! I suggest we let other streets / routes have turns with the new postmen/women!
