Just got my car back from being serviced. Was bummed I needed work in a time with little extra money. Shopped around for quotes till finally calling harbro where I bought my car but have moved away. It was half the price! Dropped it off and picked up a rental. The rental spoiled me so much I considered getting a new car. Picked up my car and it was like new! Couldn't be happier. What started as a bummer was totally worth it. Scheduling a tune up for spring. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. See you soon

Since I moved to Northridge 3 years ago I have used Harbro's for all my oil changes and repairs. I find them fast , reliable , and dependable, Recently they earned my loyalty by fixing a small dent on my front bumper , since the bumper is made of plastic they could pull out the dent by using heat and then could easily bolt the bumper back in place. Although it only took the tech 13 mins to fix it - it has given me tremendous pleasure. Last week I had a remote starter installed. During the month of November it is $399 installed (I believe that is the price for any make or model.) Best gift I have given myself since I purchased the car !!!!! A special thank you to Mark and Jim B., in the service department, who always treat my car and myself with respect .

Do not recommend. Emailed then called about renting a car, the man I spoke to said he needed to check his book and then would call me back. Ok no problem. A few hours go by and nothing. I call around noon have to leave a message, not a big deal. After not hearing anything I call again and the phone just rings and rings.

I have rented a car here 2 times and each time was great! Cars were ready and waiting when I got there. They were also very clean! The first rental was from an accident and they billed the insurance company for me. No hassles at all! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.
