I recently purchased a set of earrings for my wife's birthday and a necklace for Mother's Day from this store as two separate orders (My wife’s birthday was the day before Mother’s Day). I placed two separate orders at 1 PM Wednesday and paid $35 each for overnight delivery.Neither item shipped on the day I placed the orders. I then noticed there was only one tracking number. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that one of the orders had to be handmade, so they delayed shipping the other overnight order, that I paid separate overnight shipping.Ultimately, when the jewelry arrived I was let down by the quality and representation on the website.I contacted the store to initiate a return, which they accepted, and I was refunded $2,000 for the jewelry. However, I was not refunded either $35 charge for overnight shipping, even though the orders were shipped together, and late.My recommendation to anyone interested in purchasing jewelry from the store is to visit in-person. I expect it would result in a very different experience than mine.

What a wonderful jewelry company! I had the pleasure of corresponding with Ananda, who helped me to create a gift for a friend—the results were magnificent. Ananda was very considerate of the design I proposed and my budget. She and her wonderful team of artists ended up creating several pieces that will surely last a lifetime. Heirloom quality, fair prices for gem and precious-grade materials, and designs/color combinations that will be hard to find elsewhere!

I received the Best of Advocate Award 2000 while manager at Alexanders Jewelry in NOHO, and was at Bill Brough Jewelry Designers as well, doing design, wax molds and sales. I learned from our family four fine jewelry stores in New Haven Hamden Cheshire and my fahters store in Amherst for 14 years. A good friend bought me a gift from there because I love gemstone. We made sure to let the clerk know, no diamonds. Two weeks later we found out our yellow sapphire was actually mistaken and what Ireally have is a yellow diamond.I just love tanzanite, peridot, tourmaline. They are what I wanted to purchase from them.

I got no response from anyone when trying to make a purchase to replace an item I had to return. I emailed Ananda and, after a couple of promising emails, she stopped responding. I was so excited to purchase one of her beautiful designs but she stopped communicating altogether.

I love my ring and wore it every day for the past 6 years..... unfortunately it had to be cut off of my finger after an accident and a busted knuckle. I just wish I could get a response on a repair �
