  As a car enthusiast, I'm always weary about getting work done on my vehicles. After a lot of research and a recommendation from a family friend, I visited Eagle Auto Body in North Reading. I'm sure glad I did! I have been there multiple times and each time their staff is courteous, knowledgeable and the whole process is great. Thiago always goes the extra mile too. There work is second to none, and I recommend them to my family, friends, and co-workers! Stop searching and searching, give Eagle Auto Body a visit!

  Found this location while driving by it after work and had some aftermarket pieces that I needed to get paint. I decided to stop by on a Tuesday late evening and the first person that I met was Thiago. I showed him what I needed to get paint and he gave me a quick estimate (very fair pricing). He took down the color code off my car, then I dropped it off and told him to take his time on it. I called him back on Thursday to check in and was told it'll be done by Friday evening. I called back on Friday and told him I won't be able to pick it up until Saturday so then he said it was ok and Carlos will be there between 930-10. I showed up on Saturday and was met by Carlos. This was my first time seeing the front lip that I had dropped off on Tuesday and man, it looked awesome!!! He matched the paint so well and there was no paint bubbles! Overall experience, this will be my to go to body shop. Excellent customer service, excellent work quality, very friendly staff and very reasonable pricing!

  Had some small body damage to the rear quarter panel on my car and so I wasn't going to go through insurance to get it covered. Checked out a couple other shops and compared to them, Mr. Lee gave me the best price by far! He could do the job faster than the other places and so I think he was able to charge me fewer labor hours, which was great considering the fact that he could've charged me the same labor hours as the other places, do the job much faster and pocket the rest. The repair work was awesome and he even took care of some small nicks and scratches here and there to make the whole car look like it just came off the dealer lot again! I appreciate the extra small things he did for me even though he definitely didn't have to. If I ever have any body damage I need to get fixed again, definitely making the drive out to go see Mr. Lee. Even if he quotes me for a job at the same price as other shops, I would still leave my car with him. He's a trustworthy guy and I highly recommend anyone looking to get some work done to go visit him.

  Just had damage to a quarter panel repaired by the guys at Hankook and it came out great! They did the job as promised at a reasonable price and within the time they estimated it would take. Nice guys to deal with and I would definitely go back.
