Outstanding service. They have the special food for my pup,9only available at 1 other store is a 15 mile radius). And they have a good selection of dog accessories. Freezer section for raw food, bones, etc. Love this store - glad to have it as my ‘go to shop’!

Absolutely horrible. Theres always this old guy manning the register and is pretty rude to you unless you buy something. They keep their animals in unnecessarily small tanks with no stuff to interact with. As soon as you walk in you can see tons of Koi in tiny play pools. Near the counter theres a few tanks filled with hamsters and guinea pigs. The hamsters are always huddled together since theres nothing that can provide heat or entertainment, nothing but bedding. The last time i went there, there was a terrified guinea pig. Whenever i moved it ran in the opposite direction. I could only assume that he traumatizes the animals there. He sold my brother cheap broken fake vines for his iguana tank that costed 16 dollars He’s a HUGE scammer. You could definitely get healthier and better interior for your tank at even Petco. NEVER come here.

They keep the animals in terrible conditions, I went there to look for a pet and the hamsters didn't even have bedding!

This store is entirely unprofessional. I bought three fish a month ago and within 24 hours 1 fish was already dead. During my purchase I had explained the size of the tank and had the store owner test the water to make sure the tank was set to go. He gave me a credit for a free fish. I then went back Saturday afternoon and bought 3 more fish, and again had the water tested and approved. I brought the fish home and by Monday morning 2 of the 3 fish were dead. I brought them back to the store to prove what had happened, but he refused another credit and offered no explanation as to why the fish were dying. He took no responsibility and scolded me, saying that he already lost money on my prior purchases. All I ask is for accountability and for honest representation of a product. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend that other pet owners do the same.

Do not buy any live animals from this shop! Me and my boyfriend bought an axolotl from him 2 days ago. We were excited and he seemed kind and the animals did seem healthy. I wasn’t worried since We have had the tank set up with healthy animals in it for about 3 months now. A day after having the fish he became lethargic and white fuzz (we later found out was a fungus) started to form around his hands. We called immediately and isolated the fish as he’s basically passed. The guy I talked to was disrespectful and arrogant. He refused to test his tank which could have harmed our other animals in the tank at home and instead he offered we buy a fungus remover off him to put in the water. After arguing with him as he kept accusing me we ended the call to which we thought the fish had passed. We called the guy back and asked if he could replace the fish as it wasn’t our fault he refused to replace the fish We spent 40$ on because they “Do not have a guarantee.”

We have been trying to get our fish tank water clear since November 2020. Been to many, and I mean many, pet shops for assistance. One of them told us we needed to buy this $250 lighting system! Last night we just happen to drive by Doc’s. We went in and had a wonderful conversation with the owner. We told him our troubles with our 36gal fish tank, as all his tanks are gorgeous and the waters are crystal clear. He recommended this one little product and we bought it thinking, ok... what’s the harm in trying yet another product. He told us give it 3 days to work. Well, last night before bed we put the proper dose in and this morning the fish tank is CRYSTAL CLEAR! Five stars for Doc’s!!!! He’s definitely won our business!
