I absolutely hate coming here. The bearded tall "bouncer" at the door is rude and tries to provoke fights for no reason. I came in to get a screen protector but couldnt find one after looking around. The very nice cashier helped me order one. While i was in the store I decided i wanted to look at some new phones as i regularly buy the new flagship samsung phone yearly. The guy behind the counter looked at me in line as he finished with the previous customer, then just walked away. I stood there dumbfounded then the "bouncer" yelled over and asked if i needed help. I said yes then he proceeded to yell at me that i need to tell him upon entering the store if i need help. I said "thats strange" as another customer on the side of me said the same thing and that he was making shopping at that location impossible. He then said again that anything needed in the store has to be run by him so he can put them in a line for it. So by that. Impulse buying is not allowed and purchasing anything required an appointment. To which i replied " you are rude, and i will take my shopping online". He then got in my face asking what the problem was actively trying to provoke an incident. This isnt the first unpleasant interaction ive had with this same guy and I will take my business to another store from now on. Absolutely appalling behavior and rediculous standards for a retail store. You are not a night club, and that guy doesnt need to know my every purchase. If i want to look at a movie, a phone, or a pc i should be free to do so on my on free will without a scheduled appointment.

I bought a Alienware PC for my daughters gaming. I was previously approved for Best Buy credit. The PC was on sale and I signed up for an 18 month payment plan with 0 interest rate. It is automatically taken off my Best Buy card every month. Additionally, I requested a 1year warranty which also covers electronics that I already own to be serviced. I would just have to pay for the parts. Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics that would not be probable to pay upfront. Awsome customer service as well.

Went into Best Buy to get a new PC/Monitor for running my business. Was approached by Eric W. who helped me get the best bang for my buck. Very informative and knowledgeable. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Couldn’t be happier!

Ordered an ac onlineon the 24th and was expected to be delivered to store on the 29th. Was delayed which was fine but with no eta outside of a statement that said " auto-refund after 7/29/2024". Called customer service many times to see an actual eta or if I could switch the item or get a refund. They refused to till after the 29th. Final call to customer service they found out that it was delivered to the store and requested me to go check if it was actually there. Not my job but did it anyways. Sure enough it was in their warehouse the entire time and no one looked till I went there. After all of this no apology from the actual manager and no attempt to make up for all of the difficulty in the process. I had to actually figure out what happened to the order in order to even have a chance to get my item or a refund. Just overall trash customer service. If you're going to buy items from them only do so in person. Do not trust them.

I think it is important to have the chance to feel the differences between computers you are considering and see picture quality in monitors and TVs. I have worked with computers for a while and still find value in conversation with the mostly knowledgeable floor folks at this particular Best Buy.

I have had the most terrible experience having my computer repaired through geek squad services this spring.
For the first time in my life I spent a substantial amount of money on a good computer and bought the "best" warranty. Early April I dropped the computer off to the geek squad as it wasn't turning on. Even though I had a substantial warranty, they convinced me to spend another couple hundred dollars on a geek squad membership and a hard drive in case they needed to wipe put my computer. They sent the computer out, it was gone for a couple weeks, called me to come pick it up and it wouldn't even turn on. I sat in this appointment for over 45 minutes while they messed with it and realized it wasn't holding a charge and was operating incredibly slow. At this point I was quite upset as it had already been a good amount of time without my computer and now they have me sitting around Best Buy because they didn't even check to see if it was correctly repaired.
They check it back in to send it out again. It's now gone a couple more weeks, they let me know I can pick it up again. This time I arrive at Best Buy to find the computer is working but now it's completely wiped out they can't find my hard drive. They find the hard drive and now tell me I have to check it back in and leave it a third time for them to transfer everything back onto the computer from the drive. They promise me no more than 2-5 days. We are now on day 6 and I haven't heard a word from them.
At this point they've had the computer for 2 months. I run multiple businesses off this computer and have just had to figure out how to get by all this time.
No offers of a refund of the geek squad membership I wish I didn't pay for, no offers of a store credit foe the massive inconvenience I'm experiencing. I now have to leave for 3 weeks for work and after expressing how much I needed the computer for this, I'm just once again going to have to figure out how to get by.

I guess my Google pixel 8 pro was so new that not one tech could help me with it. Not even a technician I sat with that was walking through it on her tablet. Could do anything for me. Time was up. Sorry I couldn't help you. Oh my God take forever to get an appointment and wasted my time. By the way, I bought into that insurance so that I could get tech support for any of my electronic devices. I'm not so happy that I wasted that money
