I’ll start by saying that the seamstress is the one and only reason why I’m giving this place two stars and not one.
The first time I went there, the sales person was showing me a tiara, and she accidentally, I believe, ripped my earring. The earring was never found and the store did not make itself accountable. They offered me a “discount” that made the products I bought even more expensive than they were.
Then we have the dress situation. I went there with my mother and mother in law in January to have a rather meh experience, there was nothing but a person who looked mildly annoyed because they were showing me *one single dress*. But whatever, I knew what I wanted. Paid for the dress and they told me that they’d have it at the store by March.
By the end of March no one had contacted me about it, so I called… only to discover no one ever placed the order for the dress, and they had noted that I’d taken the dress! After some back and forth, I was able to get my dress by June.
Do I recommend this place? Absolutely not!
Edit: your response to this review changed nothing for me. So apology not accepted. Lack of accountability proved once more.

Julia at David’s Bridal was awesome and very accommodating. Even though we did not find a dress today my mom liked, we were so happy we got to work with Julia. She was so kind and patient and we would definetly come back.

After trying a different store and multiple dresses, I finally found my dream dress at David’s bridal! For someone who dresses literally scare me and being girly is not my thing at all, in one hour Kaylin was able to make my dreams a reality in one dress. I cannot thank Kaylin and the staff enough for making this such an easy process. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to skip the small boutiques with the fees and just go straight here!

This was an amazing experience at David’s Bridal! This was my first time helping with the lucky pick for the wedding/my mom’s dress. Courtney helped us plenty with not only the brides dress but also the mother of the bride’s and the bridesmaids dresses. Thank you so much I can’t wait to party at my mother and step-dad’s wedding!

Went in to find my sister her wedding dress. Julia was amazing, really helping find what my sister was looking for! We were running late and they made sure to make us feel comfortable. She pulled out one last dress and that was the one! Thank you David’s Bridal and thank you Julia!! You helped make my sisters day a little more special!!
