Horrible…. You cannot speak to a pharmacy technician anymore. It is an automated system and then it puts you to a voicemail. FYI- it was NOT during their lunch break between 1:30-2:00! They have lost a customer for good.

Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacist I spoke with was Kylie. I called her back to explain one thing nicely, and I got a response of "Whatever". I then asked if there was a problem and how I can fix it, and she continued to be very unprofessional and rude. Use any other pharmacy, they do not deserve your service the way they treat people.

That dark haired woman was so rude yesterday. She was gaslighting me and giving me such a bad attitude when I didn’t do ANYTHING wrong. Ridiculous customer service.

I called was disconnected a few times due to horrible prompts. Then finally I spoke to Dina. She was soooo rude and nasty immediately told me she didnt have any of the type of medication i was looking for. I needed her to pull my prescription from another CVS so i could get it picked up just as I did last month. Then tells me that im not a regular customer there so she will not be doing anything for me, although she now sees in the system that she does have some of the medication I was looking for but only for her patients not for me. I told her no other pharmacy has it and she said thats not her problem. I asked her why she is being rude and she said I was rude because im asking too many questions. She said she doesn’t have to help me and she was being extremely condescending. I have the right to get clarification and she said she doesn’t need to help me. I dont know the issue I did the same thing last month in December and it was a smooth process. She needs to be fired immediately and I will be calling the corporate office about this! Good luck in life, your in the wrong profession Dina! You are dealing with sick people you should conduct yourself with more compassion! Your attitude is a disgust to the North Andover community!

Horrible customer service. Text messages say they received my prescription request, but the woman on the phone tells me "they have never heard of my name before so they can't help me."

If I could less than one star, I would. This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. My doctor sent a prescription on Monday, 10/30/23 for a medication that I needed to start taking immediately. I called daily to check on it and was told it would be ready and that I would receive a notification via text. It is now Friday, 11/3/23. I called early in the morning and was told they don't have insurance on file for me which made zero sense because I had a script filled two weeks ago and nothing has changed. I asked if I could give her my insurance information over the phone and she told me she didn't have time to do that and I should just bring it with me when I pick it up. She said she was filling it for me right at that time. 2 hours later I received a text that it was ready. Let me not forget to mention this female pharmacy tech was talking poorly about a customer being late to one of her co workers while on the phone with me and stated that is why she ignored him. Four hours after receiving the text to pick up the script, I arrived to the drive thru and was told that my insurance was cancelled. What?! I went home and called my insurance. She assured me the insurance was active and asked if I was going to the North Andover CVS. I said yes. She chuckled and asked me to hold while she called them. When she got back on the line she said that they were billing it wrong and when she told them what to do, she could see the approved paid claim come through. Told me I was all set to go back and pick it up. The insurance rep also told me the co pay would be $5.95. When I arrived again to 109 Main Street, the male tech said they have one ready. Then he comes back to tell me it WASN'T ready. But wait, he just told me it was and I explained I received a text hours ago that it was ready. He told me to circle back around in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and went back through the drive-thru. The same tech told me he was having issues with their system. Then he states the co-pay would be $36.95. I just confirmed with CareMark that my co-pay would be $5.95. Then the female voice I spoke to earlier in the morning chimes in to say that she told me to come in with my insurance (that they've had in their system since July). I repeated that I went home and called CareMark and received confirmation that I'm all set and the script was approved. At this point I had enough of their deliberate rudeness and snarky responses. Told them to forget it, I'm going to a competent location and never coming back to this location again. I could hear them laughing as I drove away. When I got home, I called CareMark back and explained the whole situation again. The rep called 109 Main Street and after talking with the tech, he learned that all of the issues were from her entering my insurance information incorrectly and also that she set up the script as a self pay and it wasn't billing through my insurance. Come on now! This lack of attention caused an enormous inconvenience for me and others. Listen, I get it, CVS is short staffed, but the kind of people they are employing at this N. Andover location are awful. Zero customer service. The whole time I felt this was a game of cat and mouse and that they were enjoying every minute of it. Wow. What happened to work ethic, attention to detail, empathy and being a genuine customer service representative?!

I booked and appointment three weeks ago for vaccines. I checked in and waited in the waiting room as the link sent to me said to do. Waited 25 mins and went up to the counter. Before saying anything a woman further away yelled “are you here for vaccines”. So obviously she knew why I was there. She starting laughing when I said how I’ve been waiting and saying “well I have no way to know you’re here” even though she obviously did as she also already had my name. She then also complained that she had to leave what she was doing. I needed up wasting 40 minutes and left with no vaccines.

I have to stay that I work for a doctor's office and as a professional my job is to assist patient's with prior authorizations and anything else that is required of me. Today I called the pharmacy and spoke with a Kathy - pharmacist possibly a pharmacy tech. I called the pharmacy to get patient's insurance information and this woman was extremely rude to me. Read off the numbers as if she was running a freaking marathon. Extremely unprofessional. A lot of us who work in the healthcare field are always busy. You treat people the way you want to be treated. If you hate your job that much then you shouldn't be working with patient's or any other healthcare professional. You have an obligation to tend to all types of phone calls. We are in the same business no need to be rude. You were not at all pleasant and should be reprimanded by your higher up supervisor for your unprofessionalism. The way you treated me is probably the same way you treat your patients.
