I have had to come here a couple times to deal with phone stuff and each time I've been here they have been helpful and efficient and I didn't have to wait long.

My wife and I are long time Verizon customers. We went into the Chestnut Hill, MA store to review our plan and buy new phones. The saleswoman Marie was very attentive. However when we had a question for the manager he treated us quite rudely, lecturing me about the cost of his employees time, evidently unaware that my time is valuable as well. We left. The next day we signed in with a competitor for the same service, new phones and much lower cost.

We visited to get my GFs pixel watch 2 connected to our family account on Black Friday. We got reasonably fast and capable service. Night and day to a recent experience with their online and third party stores, which required filing a complaint with Mass Dept of Telecommunication to get a response. Verizon needs new leadership that cares about rural community customers.

horiible. Online/chat support is non-existent and disconnections are frequent when being bounced around repeteldly for phone support.

Keep getting skipped over at the counter. Probably because I just switched to Verizon from AT&T, and my existence hasn’t be fully updated in their database? If my existence is optional, so is my business.Giving them 5 stars, 4 of which invisible.

One of the store managers took liberties to add 3 charges /services neither requested nor wanted (nor were they required for the trade-in deal). Specifically, added a 100G mobile hotspot charge and two monthly $17 device protection charges.

Bought a new phone here and was told it was activated. It was not and when I returned they told me they could not help and made me call the call center. Spent 45 minutes on the phone while store representatives just watched. Ridiculous

Brought my wife's Galaxy S21 in. The sim card wasn't talking to the phone, or vice versa. Marie couldn't have been more helpful, or any nicer. Had the issue resolved in about 20 minutes and was on my way. Thanks for your help Marie!!!

Simply put - I have never received customer service that approaches the level of expert care shown by Micheal on my visit. I had a (seemingly rare and) challenging issue that Verizon's remote support could not fix - Micheal was knowledgeable, confident, persistent, and even humorous as he resolved my issue in store. This required multiple phone calls around Verizon and about 90 minutes of work on his part.Many thanks to Micheal and the team there. All customer service moving forward will be judged in relation to the great care I received at this location yesterday.

Made an appointment (two days in advance) for 5 pm and didn't even get started on my upgrade until 6 pm. Then I was told that they couldn't do a data transfer because it was past 5:30 pm. Also told I had to wait 10 minutes because the phone I was purchasing was in a safe. Staff was friendly but didn't really seem to care that I had been waiting for over an hour.

Overall our experience with Verizon customer service has been appallingly bad, but the folks at this store were actually quite helpful. They attempted (but failed) to activate a new phone but helped us get on the phone to a customer service agent who eventually solved our problem. If I have another Verizon issue I would go back to this store.

Excellent service by Marie. She helped me trade in my old phone and purchase and set up the new one. Despite short staffing, she was attentive and communicative. She informed me of other local shops to check out while waiting for data to transfer.
