It's disheartening when the expected standards of professionalism and support are not met, especially in an environment meant to cater to our needs as visually impaired individuals. I stand with the call for improved conduct and hope that by collectively addressing these issues, we can foster a more inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students at the Carroll Center for the Blind."

They are good with what they do and that is to train folks with vision loss how to live successfully in that condition. Something has always raise my antennas a bit about this organization as something not quite right and I think really it’s to let me know that they are of the world’s philosophy. It’s an encouragement really to pray for the folks that work there and the clients that go there as well.

I needed 10 tactile dice for a family member that is blind. I called the store on a Thursday, about 30 minutes before closing, they verified they had what I needed in stock and started getting it ready to ship while I purchased online. The package went out the next day and I received it on Tuesday. Super friendly and fast shipping....greatly appreciated! I'll definitely keep these guys in mind for future needs.

I ordered from their store, the items never came. I have tried many, many times to contact them by phone and email. I only ever received one reply, and that was to say they couldn't ship my items because part were out of stock. They asked if I wanted a partial ship or full refund, I requested a refund. It's been months now and still not items or refund. I can't speak to their services, but don't order anything online from their store. I also do not understand why no one is ever available to answer the phone at this organization.

I made an order on their store and only one out of two of the items I ordered came. I tried to contact them through their online form twice now and have never heard back.
