Staff is rude and unwilling to help. They close the store an hour before they are supposed to (7pm) instead of 8pm and refuse to let customers in. Jerks.

I used to love coming to T mobile. Now I hate it. This is the second time I've been in the store, with a line of people waiting and staff in the back room not coming out to help. There's a woman who is (get this) the manager. And there's one remarkably patient man (Chris!) trying to do superhuman work helping us at once. I've been in here over an hour and there's no end in sight. And I'm the first one in line, so these pour souls have even longer...there have been so many fantastic people here, top notch service, but something is just not working anymore.

Was there today, 9/9/21 in the evening and I stood inside for 20+ mins without any of the employees saying anything or even looking over and giving a nod. The place was not crowded either, just the customers working with them. I left after waiting almost 30 mins. Not a great experience.

I lost my money due to persons here ( one is a lady- manager: this lady is really terrible!, the other is a man). Terrible store.

So...I came in with literally 5 minutes before they closed. Igor was the only person in the store and I know the look of long days. I just came from Apple where they swapped my iphone and I ended up with no service. Instead of fixing the issue they handed me a free sim card and said talk to T-Mobile. ??When I walked in he agreed to help me with the issue and spent almost 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue. It was giving a lot of of problems and he was beyond patient and diligent. I even said I can go hats customer service, but he persisted and fixed it. I really appreciate that. Thank you Igor!

I called looking for a Samsung device before going to the store. I was told it was in stock. When I arrived I was told they needed to check the safe and it would take 10mins.35 minutes later no luck, the associate had disappeared to the back of the store. There were two associates in the back while only one on the floor helping 4 different customers. They clearly did not care about customer service or experience. Apparently they have more important issues to discuss and laugh about in the back since I could hear them. Don't go to this store if you value your time.

I visited this store Monday February 22, 2021. Needed help. It was one customer ahead of me. In store was 2 clerks. One of them help a customer and the other just walking around. Sometimes looking what the other clerk is doing. None of them say "Hi" or "Will be with you shortly ". I wait for 10-15 minutes and left. Very bad customer service. Not recommended.

This place is so bad. Igor might as well be useless. I would never go to this tire again based on how atrocious their customer service is. Worst T-Mobile store go anywhere else!

Excellent service. Replacement of Pixel 3a under warranty. Seamless transfer of contacts, photos and apps. A shout out to a new staff member from Texas for her diagnosis of the subtle cause of new phone not ringing. (My apologies for not remembering her name).

One of the worst experience with the sales crew I ever had in T-mobile stores. Made me think that the frenchaise is making to much money and they didn't want my bussiness after 17 years with the same carrier.

Super rude employees Igor and another short male wouldn't let me get the one plus 8 deal and basically tried to force to me to finance the phone despite me telling him I was going to pay the balance immediately. Kept giving me the run around about my bill and overall poor customer service. I walked out because I was getting heated. Knowing T mobile theyll blame the customer and take no action.

Every time I come to this store, I immediately regret it. They always give you conflicting information and just waste your time. I spoke with customer service on the phone and was told I could drop off my phone in person at the closest store to me. I waste my time driving there to be told I cannot drop it off in store. I don’t know why I continue wasting my time coming here, they should just close this branch.

Let me start off by saying, this was one of my best customer service encounters that I've had in years. Arnold immediately asked how he could help me and was beyond capable of multitasking and making sure all the customers needs were met. He and Igor make a GREAT team, very personable. If anyone is looking to purchase a new phone I would absolutely recommend coming to this store. I was in and out in a timely manor, walked away with the phone I wanted and a plan that fit perfectly into my budget. Arnold was VERY knowledgeable about the different phone options, available plans, and current promotions. I would honestly discourage people from buying phones and plans online when you can come into this store and have all your needs met, questions answered, and employees with great attitudes and smiles on their faces. I promise you'll walk out of the store smiling. Thanks guys! T-Mobile is lucky to have you two working them!
