My husband found this beautiful space 15 years ago and purchased a birthday gift. From that moment on, every special event is ‘marked’ by a visit to this unique, special store. Run by one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, Phuni goes out of her way to purchase from socially and environmentally conscious buyers, while always holding up, honoring, and supporting women in business. All different price points, there’s something for everyone. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Karma is a wonderful store with a wonderful owner. The owner Phuni has created a store with an amazing environment, with beautiful handcrafted items from all over the world. She makes you feel at home in her store and really gets to know you and your style. She is always looking to meet new and beautiful souled people.

Karma in Newton Centre is one of my absolute FAVORITE stores!! It is my GO TO for gifts, and splurges for myself :). Pretty much every piece of jewelry that I wear is from Karma! I love everyone who works there and feel a warm welcome whenever I am shopping. During COVID it has been a bright spot in my day to go in and experience a feeling of escape, as I browse all of the unique and diverse items that Karma has to offer. They are very knowledgeable about what they sell and so helpful when deciding about gifts or what I am looking to buy for myself. It is so fun to shop in there that I can easily spend a few hours and not even realize it! I HIGHLY recommend Karma. Go check it out!

Phuni made my husband and I feel so special when coming into her store. She was so sweet and caring and it made a wonderful buying experience! Her store is beautiful and calming. I had accidentally left my debit card and she took time out of her day to come deliver it to me at my home! I will absolutely be a lifetime customer from my experience at Karma! This is a gorgeous space, filled with carefully curated treasures... I have bought many beautiful pieces from Phuni over many years and although I am not able to come as often as I used to, I make a point to come whenever I am in town. Phuni's love for the artists, artisans, for the people, for her clients, is palpable and real. If you need a specialty signature piece, a gift that anyone would love, or just a dive into an environment of pure beauty and true heart and spirit, with a love for diverse cultures... you'll find it all here... still my favorite store anywhere. Beautiful goods, loving attentive and intelligent service, you can't do better than Karma.
