Cheated me by adding a line we didn't need to our account by saying that was the best way for me to upgrade. This store is run by fraudulent people - would stay away! Have had to spend approximately 3hrs on the phone with ATT to try and resolve it and still not resolved and will cost me an additional $866. In fact, becuase the manager misguided me, I cannot resolve this because he didnt explain all my options and made me believe what I was signing up for was my best "deal". After 3 hours of conversation, the ATT customer service basically is saying their "hands are tied" and they cannot help me because I signed for this line in the store. STAY AWAY!!! Very shady!

At the AT&T Store at 88 Needham Street in Newton, Mass., this seems to be a stand-out location for AT&T assistance. I had made a payment as well as a payment arrangement with AT&T and at the corporate level, the payment arrangement had not been processed so I was lacking service. Right away Daniel helped me and he knew instantly to have the manager address this. The manager, Matt, was able to seamlessly expedite the matter - I would like to say that At&T on line was not able to do anything nor was the telephone number I was given via At&T on line so without the honest-to-goodness help by Daniel and then Matt's managerial expertise - perfect result. If there were six star ratings, this location with these dedicated people would be a six-star rating, I sort of hope management gives them each a company car. Thank you for hiring people of this quality - here! A Bentley Continental would be nice.

Delightful experience here, working with Jessica. She went above and beyond expectations going through all our options..... she even went above brought out contract to see if she could bring the bill down. Spent some time going over the streaming service too- Really can't say enough good things about this business and their employees. Very Very satisfied and happy with AT&T. Would highly recommend this particular branch.

The male employee with whom I met on Friday, Oct. 6 at approximately 11:00 AM was rude and either dishonest or ill-informed. While activating my new iPhone (purchased directly from Apple), he told me that I could not keep my existing AT&T plan and had to change to a much more expensive plan. I informed him that I had been in the store two days earlier and reviewed all of my options with a woman who had specifically told me that I could keep my existing plan if I did not choose to get the new phone through an AT&T promotion. He cut me off and said she was wrong and that I had to go with the new, more expensive plan. I called AT&T as soon as I got home and customer service apologized for my negative experience and the misinformation that I had received. They reversed the change the store employee had made to the more expensive plan. I had been prepared to change carriers for myself and my family. I was that annoyed by the dishonesty/ignorance of the store employee that I dealt with.I do want to emphasize that the woman I initially met with a few days earlier was excellent; no complaints whatsoever about her.

Jessica is awesome! She has been so helpful and she is so knowledgeable with iPhones, iPads, and was always able to answer any and all questions we have and we always have a ton of questions! We love her and we send others to her!

The AT&T store at Needham street Newton is very good place to get help. Whenever my account had problem I always go to the store. Today Myles Cole helped me. He is very nice and solved problem for me very quickly. Thank you , Myles.
