I chose four stars because the worker I dealt with was very productive and kind. I also chose four stars because the purpose of my visit was very simple and was done well. The only reason I didn’t choose five stars because the store that I chose had only one staff present so it took a while since he was dealing with another customer. Overall I am very satisfied with with the service I was given!

I had the best experience in obtaining a new phone for my daughter. William was extremely helpful. He greeted us as we walked into the store. He was knowledgeable and gave us all the info needed to select the best phone for my daughter. This was my first time visiting this store. When I’m due for my next upgrade, I will definitely come back and see William.

Will was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. Customer service at its best. He went above and beyond to help me transfer my data, getting my new phone ready to go, snd he informed me of a new promotion that lowered my bill. I came back the next day and the rest of the stuff was also amazing. Thank you!

William (Bill) is honestly one of the best associates I have ever worked with at an AT&T store. Being a long time customer (since the cingular wireless days), I have never encountered a more patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff member. William helped me save a TON of money on a new plan, helped me selected AND set up my new device in a time efficient manner, and guided me through the best accessories to purchase (which I'm extremely happy with and normally would of gotten off of amazon). William was organized, friendly, and polite. I highly recommend dealing directly with William if you ever have an issue. It feels great to know there's a sales person that understands your wants and needs when trying to select the best plans, devices, and accessories!

My friend Dee-Dee suggested I go to this particular store and see Misty. Well I was not disappointed at all! Misty helped us get 2 new lines at a great price and since we switched from metro pcs we got gift cards for $250. I was floored! This never happens and I couldn't believe it but it was true so I recommend anyone to go to this store and ask for Misty, you won't be disappointed!

I was having trouble with my new iPhone13 since this was my first apple product. The manager Misty was extremely patient and helpful in showing me how to use the phone. She went above and beyond spending more time than usual walking me step by step through the many confusing features. I left the store incredibly impressed with my visit. Misty also told me that I could call with any future issues I have using my very complicated phone. Unlike my experiences with TMobile she did not make me feel like I was stupid. I recommend everyone to go to this location and ask for Misty as she was the most sincere and knowledgeable manager I have ever interacted with. I can not thank her enough as I am comfortable visiting that store anytime. Thank you Misty and thank you AT&T!!

Being with Verizon from day 1 with cell phones. I can't believe it took me this long to make the switch. It was 100% the service we received in store from the staff. They understand customer relations and talked to me like a human being. Vanessa, Vu & Misty - thank you so much for your help, easy transition from Verizon and all the laughs! I will be referring everyone I know to see this team at the ATT on Needham street!!!

I can’t say enough about how much the manager MISTY helped me…I was making a huge purchase and was nervous and she was such a huge help! I ended up going with an IPhone 13 and an IPad Air and I thought I wouldn’t have them for a few days but the next morning I was so happy to get them early!She talked me through the million questions I threw at her and was so knowledgeable it impressed me.I recommend MISTY to anyone needing anything at a cell phone store. The person who assisted me that day messed up with my account by adding a new line and upgrade the plan WITHOUT my permission. All I do at the store was just to trade-in a cell phone. Very dishonest and illegitimate!Their error costed me 50-ish dollar each bill, extra calls and hours spent with ATT customer service trying to correct it.

Vu and Sean went above and beyond to help me find the easiest and most affordable plan. They even went out of their way to ask me about my career and found me a discount as a teacher. These guys are pros and truly genuine people. I will definitely come to this location moving forward!

Vu was excellent in helping me upgrade my iPhone XR to a new iPhone 13 Pro. He patiently explained the offer and the process, transferred the data from my old phone to the new one, offered to take care of returning my old phone and made the whole process easy and very pleasant. I love my new phone and appreciate that AT&T made this offer available to their customers.

Messed up my Firstnet account. Terrible customer service. Bill was 300 and was told it would be 61.50. I also specifically told the rep i didn’t want any tablet line on my account. But she aviously maximizes on profitability for herself rather than actually do her job. Please don’t go to this store. Very untrained and clearly non-understanding.

Walked in today stood there waiting with another family to at least be greeted. When someone finally at least made eye contact I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was on a call. So important he couldn’t speak to a customer? Ok. 10 + years with AT&T btw.
