“We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”
“One of my favorite stores to buy gifts (for others and for myself)! Unique, beautiful, fun, gifts at a reasonable price ranging from houseware to bags and jewelry; good for Father's Days, Mother's Day, housewarming, birthday, baby showers and any other gift-giving occasion!I also did the decoupage shell making class (as a birthday gift for my sister). It was a fun and unique way to spend a Sunday. And if you haven't seen the decoupage shells that Hilary makes, they are beautiful! I loved getting to make them ourselves.Hilary -- the store owner -- is fantastic! She is creative and friendly and makes a lot of the items herself.”
“I have been looking for the perfect floorcloth for some time and none of the other online retailers had what I was looking for. No other retailers offer samples either. I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! Incredible arrangements and products from people who stand behind their work. Strongly recommend!!”

Running late for holiday cards, I contacted EA to see if they could possibly help. Not only did they get me cards quickly, they were customized with photo and absolutely gorgeous!!! Talk of the family! I have also used them for personalized stationary and invites!!!...........................THE BEST!!!! Worth the trip to Winchester or Belmont Center!!! THANKS!!!”

We stopped in just out curiosity to inquire about window coverings, and when we met Shaun we decided there was no other place we need to go. he was very personable and professional. He came out, measured all windows ,installed them the next day after closing and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them for future projects Thank you Shaun and staff!”
“They took on a project that most shops wouldn't have touched with a ten-foot pole and it came out great! A mid-century modern table lamp for a nightstand fell off of the nightstand, and had broken into pieces. It was a wood veneer and it came apart along the sixty-year old glue joints where the glue had failed, and damaged the veneer in places. They were not only able to put it back together, but repair the veneer so it looks great! It took a while, but quality takes time! Highly recommended!”
“I bought a solid wood dining table and some other furnitures here and really liked them. The style here is unique and high quality. Axelle is very nice and patient to help us to find what we like. They even delivered a great bottle of red wine to my house for thank you gift during Xmas time. I highly recommend their products and services and will definitely visit their store when I need it.”

“This shop is a gem in Roslindale! When possible, I tend to do most of my shopping locally. Spending money in there community ensures that is stays in the community.As the seasons change, so do the available items here. In the spring, I buy some seeds for the garden. The summer months have products more associated with that. As we head into autumn and winter, the focus shifts toward the holiday season. I always buy some Christmas gifts here for various family and friends.The store is always busy during Small Business Saturday and the holiday markets.They stock a variety of items such as cards, jewelry, home decor, clothing, and lots of localy-themed items such as coasters, towels, and glassware.Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to talk with me. This is something that you generally don't get in a large chain store.In conclusion, this is a great store and comes highly recommended by me!”

“Without question, one of the best cultural specific tours I have ever taken. Our guide Addi, is a multilingual local who I can only describe as the best ambassador a country could ever have. You will do and see things that other people and groups will not experience, with lots of hands on involvement. From sites and time with the locals, to shops that are co-op specific and helping to support their communities. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“They really do hire great staff here . They are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped me reframe a clownfish I have had for many years . They let me keep the old glass , even though I could tell they didn't consider it quite up to snuff. I actually really like that because I can be a bit of a snob myself. I really like them a lot, and my fishy looks fantastic.”
