They really do hire great staff here . They are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped me reframe a clownfish I have had for many years . They let me keep the old glass , even though I could tell they didn't consider it quite up to snuff. I actually really like that because I can be a bit of a snob myself. I really like them a lot, and my fishy looks fantastic.

This place is amazing. I have used them for years, but this time was even more amazing. They took a shattered piece of Asian art that was in a see through glass frame and created something just beautiful. They preserved a piece of family history. thank you.

Framers that are interested in what you have to frame and make wonderful recommendations but aren't too pushy. You end up with a beautiful piece for your walls, I have never been disappointed. A nice selection and good service and reasonable turn around.

they were great. The took a shattered piece of Asian art and were able to recreate it. They were really kind, at took their time to pull the pieces of glass away from the silk to preserve the picture. Thank you!

The woman who works here is very rude. Purposely ignored us and gave us attitude when we asked if we could make an appointment. I would suggest avoiding this store.

Your staff need better customer service training. I came to pick up an order and stood there for about five minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there or that the staff person would be with me shortly (or ever). When I commented about that, the person was rude and dismissive. I won’t be back.

Beware I have now had two valuable prints bubble - took them to an artist- owned framing shop and found out they were framed wrong with a space and clips put in the wrong way. Nice people but might avoid bringing high value things here.

Expensive, inconvenient, we were at the door for 10 and could see someone inside who didn't answer the door. The work they did was very good (hence the stars) but we won't be back.

Bought a pre-made frame off the shelf here a couple of months ago, but realized after moving to my new apartment that I needed a wire on the back of it to hang it. I called ahead and then went in and they put a wire on the back for free! I appreciate that level of trust and service.

The folks at big picture framing were so helpful!! I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the quality of work they do. And the prices are very reasonable for the high caliber results. The owner Barry was absolutely fantastic as was Katie who managed our project. We had medals and jerseys from a soccer tournament framed and mounted. The job was outstanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my framing needs

I had a horrible experience at this store and would never recommend it at all. The person who tried (not sure I would call it that) to help me design two wedding invitations had no artistic talents and I did all the work. When I went to pick up my very expensive items, the person who rang me up was rude, had no customer service and didn't even say THANK YOU. Horrible Customer Service.
