The last three times I have paid extra for the undercarriage wash and it never turns on. Fix this issue, please. Your customers don’t appreciate being scammed out of their hard earned money. If you go here, don’t bother choosing anything other than the basic wash or you will be paying extra for nothing.

The greater Newburyports premier car wash. The owner is super nice and helped me out when I ran into an issue, OB is the friendliest guy around, and they have super clean and nice smelling towels - what more could I ask for after getting a spotless wash???

Terrible- left scratch marks ALL over my car. You go to a car wash to clean your car not damage the paint. Will never come back here ever. Just watched all the cars behind me leave with soap on their cars.

This place is always great for a good wash. I do recommend the touchless though. But I am paranoid about my clear coat so I'll always go touch this no matter what. Well worth the money!

Don’t waste your money!Multiple cars went into wash all having soap still left on the car. Visible dirt and grim did not go away with the wash. I will not be going back.Although, I appreciate your offer to re wash my car, this offer won’t help all other local patrons that use this car wash. I’m not trying to hurt your business mainly don’t want others to be ripped off. Sorry

Honestly a good value car wash - no issue but 4* because even with unlimited - you still can only go 1 time a day - upsetting but cost is good

They no longer offer any touch free wash at either location. They sold one location (without any notice to members) and then direct you to drive across town to their other location - which appears to be going defunct as well. Yikes.

Does a good wash job and their monthly program is a nice way to save money if you wash frequently, but they removed two touch-free bays, reducing them to a single one at each location and now there is always a line at the touch-free bay, but nobody uses the touch bays. I have no idea why they made the change and it makes it very difficult to actually use the monthly membership.

My mirrors always pop in when I get my car washed... today the owner waited for my car to dry and met me at the end of the bay to move them back out, what a guy!
