After 4 weeks and two technician visits with no improvement in my TV signal, I went to the New Bedford office and spoke to Chris Perry. He arranged to have one of the technicians come back and replace the cable from the street.
If not for Chris, I might still be waiting.

The most awful and horrendous experience I’ve ever had with customer care. It’s truly unfortunate theirs no other options for internet other than this garbage of a service in the area. Transferred to 4 different people who had no idea how to fix my issue or how to do their job, only to then getting help and having the person say they are going to disconnect for a brief moment and call back only to never actually receive any call. This company is laughably awful and horrendous. I hope they all go kick rocks with open toed shoes.

I being customer at comcast for 25 years never missed payment (internet phone cable) . in 2022 i decide to get mobile I got galaxy 22 s october 22 , in october 2023 my galaxy stop function went to store they give me new sim card did not work , call 1800 number they gave another sim still not work so i went to store again was there two hours they said I need new phone I told them still had contract(under galaxy 22), they told me do trade in i gave my samsung 22 (due was broken not by choice ) you not get charged due was broken. I got apple 13 to replaced October 2023 . in 2024 My bill was over almost 30 dollars . come to find out they created new line that I did not authorized they were charge me for the two phones(that did not have . This is fraudulent dishonest that last month( april 2024) I call 4 times total time 12 hours. to result this situation UPDATE AFTER many attempts of calling the 1-800 went to store New Bedford and met "Chris Perry sales consultant " he was perfect gentleman and understood my frustration Got working my account and fix the mess with regional . Thank you so much Finally everything is fixed . They get five star for being kind patience most important great costumer service

This review is to specifically thank Zeke and his team at the Mt.Pleasant St New Bedford store for their efforts to resolve a very long on going issue. Without going into a lot of unnecessary details, there was a promotion offered back in Oct 2023. I came into up grade a phone on my plan to take advantage of this promotion as it was too good to pass up. After a glitch in the system, the promotion didn’t go through. After all this time, they didn’t forget about me, every time I went into the store to get a status, they responded and assured me they were on it. It’s April, and they followed through!! I got the credit on my account. Zeke emailed and texted me assuring me that he was still working on it. I know this process was long and took a lot of work on his end. So thank you ! I know their job isn’t easy dealing with the public and a lot of unhappy customers but this girl isn’t one of them!

Took 15 minutes just to drop off equipment after canceling cable. Everyone was very rude besides the ladies who told me to wait, who were pretty much useless tho as they gave me a receipt just to wait and get a receipt from someone else.

The Xfinity App used to pay for my Comcast bill, not the mobile, doesn't work anymore. The three dots move around, then it goes to a different screen and says this at the top. "400 Bad Request" What happened to the convenience of paying your bill by the Xfinity App? Another thing, my bill is over $200.00 just to watch TV. I don't think I will be a Comcast customer much longer. Over $200.00 per month to watch TV. Outrageous!

OMG ??♂️ What kind of people do they have answering their phone lines???? I felt like I lived in Islam. And every single customer service representative I spoke to had a deep Arabic accent. I just had to go with T-Mobile their customer service is like a circus. I can’t understand for the life of me when I placed my first order why they would call me back later in the day just to have me explain my order all over again. Five times I got transferred to different representatives because I either got hung up on or they needed a technician to come and set my service up for every time they transfer me to a new department I got hung up on. I never had to repeat myself so much in one day. Anyway I got nowhere Xfinity should be ashamed of himself they can’t even run a proper service without having proper customer service that could speak proper English. Why when I call do I get a confirmation number and they say my call is being recorded but I constantly have to repeat the service I want over and over again. TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE‼️‼️‼️

I've been a customer for 4 years and have received extremely helpful customer service from the staff at this location. Wait times tend to be long but once being helped, I have been met with an efficient and polite employee every time.
