“This is a 5 star pharmacy store. Staff are 5 star; always willing to go out of their way to make your shopping experience pleasant. This store should be a role model for all other Walgreens.... AND OTHER PHARMACY stores. (However, in all fairness....Have not used the pharmacy here so can't rate that part of the store). Everything in the store is always in order, neat and very clean. Items very easy to find. Prices are higher than Wallmart, Target, ect. (like make up, shampoo, clothes detergent, cleaning supplies) but competetive to other pharmacy stores, unless on sale. There is a nice variety in the food aisle ..... soups, coffee, cereal, ect. and they also sell milk, eggs, cheese, sandwich meat, bacon, soda, water, bread. Good place to go for an emergency food source if supermarket is closed. Certain supplies are not available or limited due to the corona virus, as other stores.”

“This particular CVS won the Presidents Award for the store's pharmacist a couple of years ago. I like it because it is well laid out, making it easy to find the things I need. It's in a convenient location which makes it easy to stop by on the way to something else I have to do. Or, on the way back from shopping or appointments. The pharmacy is great! The staff are pleasant and always greet me by name. They can usually fill a batch of prescriptions in less than 20 minutes, even when the store is busy. Most importantly, they've never made mistakes with any of my prescriptions! Health is important to me, so it's comforting to know that my pharmacy is on top of things and willing to answer questions about how to take certain meds or interactions between prescription meds and OTC meds or vitamin supplements. If I want advice about what will work best for me, the pharmacist will gladly come out from behind the counter and explain the differences between similar products.”

“Hire sales associates like Donna on Kempton St in New Bedford. She was one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever dealt with in any retail service. She saw me come up with my 5 carts of times and looked at me and told me that we will get through this together and not to stress. Before I could stress when other customers commented on my size of purchase, she graciously offered that I was there purchasing items for a good cause. The computer system however was not very cooperative, and we ended up having to delete the whole order and started from scratch which caused me some stress, but she was not bothered at all. She jumped right back into it with ease!”

“I have been a customer of Rite Aid 1207 Acushnet Ave, New Bedford Ma for some time now and have always found the store to be one of the best in the area, I am greeted as soon as I enter the store, the store itself is very clean better than some other chains I have used over my many years. Enough cannot be said about the pharmacy, the techs are all very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They have always been available to help when I call to ask simple questions like when can I get my refills, Without the techs the store would be lost they are the main operation along with the pharmacist for the way they help the customer.
