I am in awe of Colleen Keefe!! From the moment she and I met to sell my condo. My home never went to market, she had a buyer in 2 days! She got a full ask offer and quick close. I was dreading the showings and open houses. She knows the market, professional and the communication was phenomenal. I couldn’t be any happier than I am right now. I couldn’t speak more highly of Colleen Keefe. If you want a go getter that stops at nothing to help find, secure and while at it, sell your house, look no further. She helped us buy our forever home that happened to be a foreclosure. Those that know, buying a foreclosure is not for the weak! If she doesn’t know the answer she will find it and quickly. I wouldn’t have sold and bought in under a month without her. She is the best hands down.

As a person stepping into a scary situation of purchasing our first commercial property, lets just say there was anxiety through the roof. Paula stepped in and went to work, she calmed our nerves and stepped us through the process calming our anxieties. Paula CARES! I feel like this is the difference and it shows. I would highly recommend Paula and we cannot thank her enough!!!

First time home buyer here! My realtor, Paula Levasseur was everything I prayed for. Truly, I asked God for someone that would be honest, supportive, and helpful the whole way through and what He gave me in Paula went above, beyond, and more!And it started from the day we met. I was working with another realtor, who had actually told me a property I was interested in was no longer being shown. But, what that person stated didn’t seem to match up to what I was seeing online. Low and behold after making a call myself I confirmed there was a showing and I booked a time to visit but at this point I no longer had an agent. I called a friend letting them know of the situation and that I really was hoping to have an expert realtor by my side. My friend made one phone call and you would not believe it but I connected with Paula in less than 30 minutes and before we finished the call Paula asked where/what time the showing was and ended with saying “I got you, I will be there”.She did just that and after reviewing the place (which was not the one I chose lol) we had time to chat more and I conveyed what I expected and needed from my realtor, and what I definitely didn’t want in this experience. Let me tell you Paula not only said the things I needed to hear to continue forward she walked that walk with me to the very end! She was patient with my process, she educated me, she advocated for me, and she was my angel!And, I am saying this here because it must be said as a women of color, first generation home owner, and being out there looking at properties on my own I am elated by my first experience because this is not my last, that the person that showed up for me was this powerhouse of a woman that asked the hard questions, called things out, and represented me when I was in the room and even when I wasn’t. This was an elevated level of prayer being manifested. Paula is the G.O.A.T and Home Bound Realty is the place to go! This is the team you want on your side! The biggest of THANKs to this agency!!!

I wanted a different career path, being a stay at home mom, I wanted to be able to still be able to go back to work. Every time someone would ask me about buying a home, I would reach out to people who I know are realtors, my husband and friends have told I would be an excellent sales agent. So I decided to look in my area for courses, and I came across Paula. Now Paula is my realtor and I wouldn't have it any other way. I would highly recommend her as a realtor and a instructor.

My husband and I have worked with Kristy Washburn twice now and she has been nothing but amazing! Her numbers are on point when doing comps for your area if you are selling and she is very professional! I found Kristy to be very responsive to any of our questions! She’s literally there for you physically and emotionally as well! Always on time as well!!!! Couldn’t recommend her any more!!!!!!
