I paid $60 plus a tip for my nails to get completely destroyed. I called to set up time to have them fixed and I was completely treated like absolute garbage for coming back. Michelle removed my horrible nails that she had ruined and filed them down so hard with the electric dremel that she was hurting me so badly. She then yelled at me and refused to give me anything but $30. I literally just paid $30 (plus tip) for my nails to end up like this. Save your self and NEVER go here!

They do a great job but are kind of rude. Still, I definitely recommend. Just don't expect kindness or great customer service. You will be very happy with the manicure and pedicure though. Was going to this salon for at least 4 years. The first year the manicure took 35-45 min, nice looking nails, mani lasted for a week. The quality of service was going down during last 2 years. 15 min for a mani and you're done!Same people doing mani/pedi, not the same quality. Today decided to give them another chance. Go see Kevin! I am from NY and I was in Boston for work. I have to attend a bridal shower my nails were a mess. I knew that I wouldn't be able to get them done when I got back to NY... so I took a chance on a place I had never been- Lovely Nails. Kevin did an incredible job on my dip French manicure. I was so impressed...you would be too if you saw what my nails looked like before. I will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin!

This is the best nail salon! It’s clean, bright, and very accommodating. The management was very helpful when I had a payment issue. What won me over was realizing my gel manicure did not chip for three weeks! My expectations for how long this manicure would last were blown away.
