This folks are the most helpful and generous. I went in with a minor repair needed on my Victorinox Swiss Army watch. The attended to it immediately and didn't charge me. Love these guys!

Crosby Jewelers are just a gem! I had looked for a couple of years for a unique setting for my mother's diamond and found it right under my nose at Crosby. It was one of their own designs and is just lovely. They do great repairs as well and are just generally so helpful.

IF I COULD GIVE CROSBY'S JEWELERS ZERO STARS, I WOULD!! DO NOT USE THEM!! I was treated with zero respect as a customer. Alfred was rude, abrasive and dismissive throughout the process. I tried to get Needham HS senior gifts engraved there. The engraver unfortunately engraved the charms incorrectly. Alfred OUTRIGHT REFUSED to re-do them and told me he would never help with this project again. I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life. I am DISGUSTED that he feels he can treat people in the community this way. Avoid this business!!

I brought a ring in there to be fixed because the stone fell out. It was a simple fix but I didn’t want to glue it and mess it up. The gentleman fixed it in a few minutes for no cost. I was very appreciative and will be using Crosby’s in the future for all my purchases and repairs. Thank you!

I had several watches that needed battey replacements and brought them to Crosby Jewelers. What a pleasant surprise when they were all done in just a few minutes and the price was so reasonable!! Great service!

A local small business, this shop has lovely jewelry and gift ideas. They also do excellent repairs, cleaning, and watch service. Very friendly folks.

A family member went in to ask questions about a misrepaired piece of jewelry at the store. One staff member was very rude to her. Upon calling the owner, very little apology (if any) was made. Sad as we enjoyed shopping here but won't be coming back in the future.

I only have wonderful things to say about Crosby Jewelers. I have been a faithful customer for many years so this review is very overdue! They always greet you with a smile and when do little odds and ends on the house. I highly recommend them for any jewelry repairs or purchases and watch repair and batteries. They also have a nice selection of gifts.
