Terrible ice! They use cold water instead of hot in the zamboni, which takes too long for the ice to refreeze!

What a terrific free skate experience!! The ice is zambonied right before free skate so it is nice and fresh for the 2 hours.I want to especially recognize and express gratitude for the free skate staff, Mark! Mark is friendly and very willing to help us figure out how to skate properly. He checks back and encourages us to continue to practice the techniques. Wonderful guy!
