I am going sev. years back, but when I had a simple mechanical changeover of tires etc, and asked them to do an inspectioni sticker, their shop doesn't have equipment for that. When I came back, my entire dashboard was illuminatiing all warnings...apparently they'd earlier used some sort of metal loc spray over a bolt holding my crank in place. Whoever the mechanic was drove it back from Natick Ctr. with it popping out the bolt/entire crank rod, and just parked it in front of their shop, as if nothing was wrong. I crawled around under the car for parts, but no dice. I should have made them replace the motor, but they denied it "until maybe summer". All in all, this is a chump change operation, and if nothing else, I THINK they got rid of that particular technician a few months later--don't waste your time here folks, unless you want to be buying one of their crap can cars under duress-or going to court (if you do go, hope it does end up in litigation, this place deserves permanent boarding up)!!!!

Ralph and his son have worked on several of my cars where he has made many successful repairs. He gives an honest appraisal of the work needed and performs the work in a timely manner, Recently they went to great lengths to find a less expensive option to fix my son's car using creative welding and the car is running perfectly. I plan on returning for any work I need in the future.

Excellent service. My car had been incorrectly diagnosed at a dealership. Ralph and his crew repaired my car in one day at a fraction of what they were going to charge at the dealership to do an unnecessary repair. Thank you.

Honest repair shop that does good work for a fair price? Check. So many things to deal with in life - but car repair is a solved problem. We take our Mazda5 and Xterra to him and there's no reason to visit a lube-only shop or a dealer. Ralph is realistic regarding what work needs to be done and what can be deferred. He has reasonable prices and does the work right. I have used his loaner car on a larger repair but he doesn't usually hold onto the car for more than a few hours. If you're looking for a repair place around Natick/Wellesley then I recommend trying him out once and see what you think. Best case, you'll also check off the box "trustworthy, reliable, affordable mechanic."

Ralph is great! He's fixed our PT Cruiser several times, and advised us against costly repairs he didn't feel were worth it due to the age of the car. I trust him, and I highly recommend him.

Ralph was excellent... I know nothing about cars but he was very helpful and courteous... I didn't even know they had loaner cars and was planning on taking an Uber to work, but Ralph offered the loaner car without me asking. Everything worked out on schedule and my car was ready for pick up before the close of business. I would definitely use this shop again. A+ service...

Ralph is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way possible. He tells me each time what is wrong, how it (may) have happened, and what the options are to fix it. Easy drop off/pick up and having a Hertz next door makes getting to work after dropping the car off extremely easy. Honest guy doing great work.

My father in-law was visiting me, when he lost his power steering. We brought the car to Ralph, and I could not be more satisfied. He repaired the leak that same day at a fair price. He was extremely nice, polite and professional. I am so glad that I found him, as I plan to be back again, should the need arise. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Ralph!

Ralph is fair and honest and a regular guy making an honest living. He will regularly tell you when you dont need to do something to your car instead of trying to sell you every possible service. He even went to the auto auction for me and purchased the exact car I was shopping for with a modest, transparent mark-up. five stars!!

The best auto service ever! I have trusted Ralph to work on everything from my old Minivan with way too many miles on it to my current Mercedes. I have always felt he is honest and knowledgeable and provides fast service at reasonable prices. His judgement has been spot on over the years and he is a pleasure to do business with! We all hate car trouble but NAC certainly makes it seem less painful.

We've been using Natick Auto clinic for years. Ralph is honest, reliable, and considerate and his rates are reasonable. If he can save you money from using rebuilt parts he will give you that option. He has serviced BMW, Mercedes, Jeeps, Chevy, and Dodge for us. We completely trust his judgement. I can't say enough good things about NAC.

Ralph, the owner of Natick Auto Clinic, came to my wife's rescue the other day. Her Subaru Forester was behaving strangely; warning lights were flashing, car was driving odd. It's late Friday, and she has our two kids in the back. She calls me in a panic, I tell her to get it to Ralph. Ralph interrupts he busy schedule, diagnoses the problem and has it fixed with an hour. Great service! Thanks Ralph!

First off, thank you to those who previously reviewed this business! I was very satisfied with my experience a the Natick Auto Clinic. Free loner car (upon availability), stayed true to verbal estimate, clear explanation of the issue and solution, pleasant demeanor.... I will go back. Thanks Ralph!
