This is a revised review as my first review had fewer stars because I had mentioned that a friend of mine went to a different Mattress Firm and got a better price. The manager who sold me my mattress and adjustable base called me after reading the review to explain the differences for the lower price. I'm now giving this a 5 star review for many reasons: the fact that he called me to explain the differences, his attention to my many questions while in the store, explaining the differences in the mattresses, and his explanation of all my concerns. I have been sleeping on the mattress and am very pleased with it. The delivery also went very smoothly. I mentioned in my previous review that the base slides on my wooden floors. He is now sending out a team at no extra charge to lift the adjustable base (as it is extremely heavy) so we can place anti-skid pads under the legs that I purchased. I also had to change my delivery date and the customer service was quick to respond and very helpful.
Yet again I am adding to my review and it is still 5 stars. There was a year in the adjustable base cover and Keith ordered a new one that will be shipped to me. When I receive it, he will se d out a team to replace it at no charge. Keith has been so helpful and follows through with all of my concerns. This Mattress Firm in Natick deserves more than 5 stars.?
