Jeanie Grace at Kohler was a huge help. She showed us several designs and explained each. We just bought a new higher toilet, vanity and sink. She was so helpful, knew what would fit in our small bathroom. All were in stock and delivery was very quick. Kohler has plumbers available hooked us up with them. Within a week from delivery, the new toilet was in place. The stone people equally skilled and quick to do a template and install the new quartz top and sink. We love it and would definitely return to Kohler and Jeanie Grace.

Only a handful of products are labeled . So you have to ask a salesperson every time you want to know the name of something.. or the price. Felt very elitist and alienating.
That said, the quality of what I looked at was excellent

I like to look at the products I'm buying so I walked into the Kohler store out of the blue one day. Patrick at the store was very helpful in showing me around, so when I decided to make my purchases, I returned to him. During the purchasing process he did a great job of listening to what we wanted but at the same time made great suggestions that we liked. If we were to do this again, I would definitely come back here.

Jean worked with my daughter and I who were clueless how to put together a bathroom. Not only did Jean understand the style we were looking for, she searched items for the bathroom that were cost effective and beautiful. She also knew all of the details of the plumbing needs and when to check in the contractor when more information was needed. Jean was easy to work with and very accommodating. Her knowledge about all products was extrodinary, including tiles/design for a bathroom.

This review is specifically for Patrick at Kohler. Patrick has been a pleasure to work with. We ended up purchasing not-direct from Kohler because we got a variety of brands, but Patrick nonetheless treated us as if we were important to him. His time and attention were very much appreciated and he was an absolute pleasure!

I own a contracting company and do a significant amount of business with the team at the signature in natick. Their team is amazing, I usually work with Christeen and she has been nothing short of great. Extremely knowledgeable about their products, professional, superb customer service. Working with Christeen is like when Steph Curry shoots the ball and turns around right away- you know it’s going in. Would HIGHLY recommend.
