Everything But Water totally pulled through for me today when I needed a last-minute swimming suit for a swim with my friends! The lady who helped me this morning deserves an extra special shoutout (I forgot to ask her name but she has dark hair and piercings including an industrial and nostril, lol I'm sorry for the long identification but I want to make sure she gets credit for her amazingness)! She was incredibly kind while helping me find exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most was actually how she handled a technical difficulty with the cash register, where it randomly stopped working when I was about to check out. Since she was the only one working the storefront, she basically had to fix it herself by climbing under the register and reconnecting a bunch of wires with just a bit of over-the-phone guidance from tech support. In what I'm sure was a very stressful situation, she kept her cool and patience for nearly half an hour as she troubleshooted the issue, and she was super apologetic to me about it even though it wasn't even her fault. She also mentioned that she was only a few days into this job, making her professionalism even more astounding because if I were in her shoes I might've panicked! Thanks to her persistence, the register was fixed and I walked out of the store with the cutest swimsuit I've ever worn. All in all a 10/10 experience, with an associate who was a ray of sunshine!

there was a woman working there that was EXTREMELY rude to my wife! assuming that she couldn't fit anything in the store and also mentioning things about her body that made her feel extremely uncomfortable. my wife is not even a plus size woman never mind a size that can't fit the clothing at the store! will never go back here again in my life! wish there was more that I could do. this happened today Around 6pm on 4/23/23

beautiful store! amazing associates who work here! The store manager kelly was so helpful and the best service I have received in the natick mall! I will continue to go here just because of the amazing service!I only by my bathingsuit at this location now! if you looking for a bathingsuit GO HERE!

Absolutely awful. The lady working there was so rude. (Blonde lady in the Natick mall). I was desperate for a bathing suit and this was the only store that had any during the winter months, but I was so disgusted by how rude she was that I decided not to buy one from her. Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the entire store. Instead of helping me, she took a few phone calls. I clearly was searching for a bathing suit and at one point she paused her phone call to scold me and told me me to stop looking through drawers (probably because she didn’t want to fold all of it afterwards). I left immediately. The bathing suits looked decent but way overpriced for what you’re getting.

I ordered two items online. One of the items was shipped from this store. When I opened the package it was clear based on the odor that the item was worn. Therefore I immediately took the dress to be returned. At the register the manager acknowledged the smell but did not apologize. She proceeded to say maybe the scent was from the person who packaged it. Which is ridiculous

Their staff make cruel comments to anyone who doesn't look like a bikini model with 0% body fat. Take your business elsewhere.

Rudest service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I were the only customers there last Saturday, and we were greeted with consistent flares from the three women working there. My boyfriend spoke directly to one about something store related, and she straight up did not answer even though eye contact was made. I have shopped there in the past and this has never happened until now. Don't go there if you value feeling comfortable in any form because they try their hardest to make that impossible.

Very rude associates that work at this location. I walked in earlier today and was the only customer in the store. None of the three associates that were in the store greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I had planned to make a purchase too but with the lack of assistance, I decided against it. However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

This store and the ladies who work there are great at helping you find great swimsuits. I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount more for the assistance that these folks provide. The have a great variety, not to mention some very pretty options for all body types. If you've got limited time but am in need a bathing suit quickly, I recommend going to this store! I got two suits for my recent beach vacation post baby number two, and they made me feel confident and beautiful.

Great selection of swimsuits. The helpful assistant chose a large selection for me to try. Everything was the right size, and she chose the best looking one for me. I thought the prices were moderate (around $125 for a lot of the one pieces). I would have been overwhelmed without the assistance and would've probably ended up with nothing. Lisa E was wonderful at picking suits most suitable for my shape. They also have great lighting in the fitting room. Awesome experience for an activity that is not always great.
