Fitness Unlimited is a top notch women’s fitness center. The owners and staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and make everyone feel welcome. There are a variety of small and large group classes as well as individual activities for all ages and levels. The owners, staff, and members are nonjudgmental and supportive. There is truly something for everyone, even if you’re new to fitness or recovering from an injury. The facility is super clean, modern, fun, and the best around!

Attending Caitlyn's Pilates Reformer class was an absolute blast! Her vibrant energy and enthusiasm made the session incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. Caitlyn's clear instructions and personalized feedback ensured a safe and effective workout for all levels. Her playful approach to teaching made even the toughest exercises fun and accessible. I left feeling stronger and more energized, with a smile on my face. If you're looking for a dynamic and enjoyable Pilates experience, Caitlyn's class is a must-try!

I love the group classes! Claudia and Elise for Yoga and Sandy for her Prime classes! The facility is always clean, the staff is consistently friendly and professional! I've joined other gyms closer to my house, but came back to Fitness Unlimited. You're the BEST!

I've been a member for several months now and the facility is always clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. I didn't knew how to use a machine and just asked the front desk to help me. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well stocked with shampoo and lotion.

Love Fitness Unlimited. Been going to FU for 29 years. It’s the perfect fitness facility. It’s clean, has excellent equipment that they update regularly, offer many classes, has personal training, workshops, nutrition support, and friendly, professional, helpful staff. I like that it’s a women’s only facility!

I LOVE Fitness Unlimited. Women owned, women operated, women’s only gym. I mean what else do I need to write! I’ve had memberships to other gyms in the past and I would go because I felt like I ‘should’ go. I go to FU because I WANT to go. There’s so many classes to choose from run by incredible instructors. I also did personal training with Nicole Boniface and she was so kind and really pushed me in a way that felt supportive but moved me toward my goals. This is not just a gym it’s a community and if you can join I highly recommend!
