Worst post office in the world. Lady is so rude and an issue every time I go there also have not gotten mail in over a week going to have to escalate the issue

Horrible service no customer service won’t receive my mail from them for almost a week , I have tracking number for my stuff and they say it has been delivered and won’t receive it for almost 4 days after . If I could I would only give them 0 stars we need all new workers in there and maybe then I’ll get my mail

I have a PO Box instead of a mailbox. Sometimes my box is empty for a week when I know I’m supposed to be getting mail… then all the sudden it’s full, randomly.

Worst customer service. they have every excuse not to deliver your mail and when you try and get help, the lady is so rude. after a delivery error and unable to contact them by phone, i went there. she told me my package was not there and never was there. she told me to go to a different post office.. so i did. only to find out days later (from the other post office), that my package had been in millville post office the whole time. this lady is the worst... so unhelpful. i hope i never have to deal with them again.

If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worse post office I've ever dealt with! Zero customer service skills! If it's raining, snowing or icy good luck getting your mail or any packages that were to be delivered. If I did my job the way this post office does, I wouldn't have one.

They literally refused to ship a package for me because the paper I was holding with the shipping address on it said UPS. I am not sure if she is just incompetent or so hot tempered she couldn't understand that I understood where I was and what I was shipping. Rude and completely disrespectful, even started yelling at me after I said I understood that I wasn't at UPS it was just that the address was on the paper.

I've had such bad experiences with this post office! Employee was no help and completely rude. I'm embarrassed my town is associated with this post office. I'd give zero stars if I could!

The place is a joke. They Open later than advertised take longer lunches than posted and close early. Had a PO box and they constantly gave other people my mail. gave me other people's mail. I'd order things online that would use USPS, FedEx, UPS and they would deliver the packages to the post office instead of my house and they would have it sent back to sender because they knew i had a PO box and if i included my address and PO box. they didn't want to deliver it. and wouldn't hold onto it. The place needs to be cleaned out and have a new staff.
