I went to Milford location to open a checking account and the blonde lady sitting on the table right by the door told me to wait because she was busy. I gladly sat down and was waiting when another costumer came in and she was taking care of him and he sat down right in front of her and started a conversation. I guess this branch and/or this employee has their own priorities. So I just left. This bank won’t see my business ever but from what I saw they don’t care anyhow

Within the past few months we have had Celina help with banking issues . Mainly for my sister. Celina has been extremely supportive, kind, patient, and extremely helpful. We are beyond grateful to her. She certainly is an asset to TD Bank.

I have been dealing with this bank for about the past year on a Power of Attorney account with my husband.It has always been a pleasure dealing with everyone there who are so helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciate all the help I've received from Branch Manager, Mary Test, who has helped me countless times with numerous situations. My sincerest thanks to everyone there!

ABSOLUTE WORST BANK BRANCH EVER ACROSS THE BOARD!!!Where to start?Inept tellers, openly lazy employees, poor management (manager AND the assistant manager) and the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.The young man with glasses stands out the most. He is particularly unprofessional AND inept. He's a teller. He couldn't answer the most basic of questions when asked and his attitude throughout was most discourteous. It's positively stunning to me that he's in a position where customer service is supposed to be valued.The manager can't or won't "manage" her employees at all. She seems nice enough, but is definitely not doing the job."J" treats customers vastly differently depending on...who knows? It's almost humorous to wait in line to see how differently he treats one person vs. another.The young male associate (not a teller) was reclined in his seat and seemed to be doing anything but working even though there's generally only one teller which can lead to long wait times.Do yourself a favor and find a different bank or branch of TD Bank to go to. You'll be glad you did.

Incredibly slow service to do the simplest transactions. Staff are so rude. I went today to cash out a CD and it took forever. Clerk was rude, slow and behaved as if I was asking her to perform an incredible difficult labor. I was literally there for over 15 minutes. Not sure why this had to be done in person. They need to get into the modern age with actual online banking and not require someone to go in person. I was also berated for not bringing my ATM card as it would have made her job easier. She shook her head when I said i didn't have it with me. Time to get a new bank!

I have never seen any worse manager. Mary cut my friend's debit card and asked her to leave the bank. She was improperly charged multiple times on her account and when she asked for the refund (since protection and access to our own money is the only reason someone keeps money in the bank), they told my friend she managed her account improperly and also that it happened 2 months and where she was all this time. I don't think they would threat someone like that if they spoke English as their first language.

Horrible service I take most 20 mints on the drive true just after that have to wait longer inside of the bank and the guy was not made the check that I wait for him to do 20 minutes inside the car it unbelievable

I opened my new account with them and Katie was amazing, maybe twoMonths later my account was frauded, the account was locked if you would, I went to Katie she helped me out amazingly and filed fraud forms, and set up my new account! I’m combat wounded suffer from TBI I lose everything including my debit card so I always need a new one and Mitch is awesome we laugh about it together and he helps me. Well today over a year later money was taken out of my new account due to a charge off????? I call the customer service and am transferred to collections whom told me they took my money. I head to the branch to see Mrs. Mary, she’s busy so Mr. Taylor takes me….. he made me feel like Im lying I made it all up, he can’t see another account, tells me what my charges add up to jokes with the person he called about all my issues cards….. horrible….. I asked for my driver license leave my debit card walk over to Mitch , told him what’s going on….. asked to close my account, Mr. Tayler walks over leans against the counter next to me, lobby full of people…. Mitch did say I was frauded and confirmed I’m not lying…… I am humiliated and honestly feel if I was clean cut and rich or a business owner he would have treated me better….. THAT MAN IS a bad representation of the good people there……
