First I'll start with saying this store itself has good products at good prices and the printing center is one of the best. However, today i was finally here to buy printers, a pc, office chair etc for my new home office. I also was returning an item for my wife so i went to customer service, I've never done this. When asked what i needed, I said I had a return. The person asked me if it was a happy return. I thought it was a friendly joke but it wasn't. This person told me how do i not know what I'm returning. Simple answer is I didn't look, no biggie. This person belittled me and sent me to the ups area and then made sliding remarks as i walked away. This is now the second time I've been tested poorly here. Thanks for making me so upset that i went to best buy and didn't 8k. Sucks for you. It didn't cost anything to be kind and patient

Staff is always willing to help and answer questions. I get stuff printed here all the time and it’s always a good experience. I like that I can also pay when I pick it up so I don’t have to type in all my card info when I order.

Mchale in the print shop really saved the day. I needed last minute funeral program printed and a prayer card printed and laminated. He also was able to trim both. He did an awesome job. He also made sure I had the available discounts on the app when I checked out. Then he was able to overnight ship it for me with a discount on ups shipping. I would not have completed this job on my own on time, I am so grateful. The store employees were all very helpful when shopping in the store. Thanks to all!!

A regular Staples, but the employees make it unique. The team members with whom I interacted were very friendly and helpful. The person checking me out was especially helpful.

Went in not sure I co uh ld be helped out on an older Acer laptop power pack accessory. Seth helped me out right away and I was on my way. It means alot for great service and excellent knowledge of k owing what I could use on an older laptop.Thank you again.

This is the only Staples I will go to from now on! Bright, clean store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Multiple Stars to Mike the Manager and Kimberly in Printing Services! They've both gone above and beyond to help me with whatever project I'm working on when I go in. This store is head & shoulders above other Staples stores!
