The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Cashier with no patience and manager with no attitude. After asking the cashier to be more patient and not take anything personally on this job, she simply called the manager to complain about me, and repeated and added to what I said earlier. The manager had no attitude, while the cashier shouted in the middle of the store, drawing the attention of everyone around, she even put her hands on her hips, giving off a belligerent image, I thought, is she going to hit me too? The manager closed his eyes and didn't know what to do. She stayed like that without doing anything, I didn't hear apologies neither she took side of her employee. Very strange and unhappy experience

I went here tonight with my 2 friends. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted kindly. When we needed to cut fabric, Mary Lou was quick to help us out and cut it for us. It was one of the most pleasant interactions we’ve had with a stranger in a long time, she was so sweet. She made us excited to make crafts and excited to come back and show them our progress! Both of the ladies on shift tonight gave 10/10 service. Looking forward to coming again soon.

I usually love this store but recently I brought my 87 year old aunt in to do some shopping. The weather was hot and humid and this store was oppressive. They had absolutely NO air conditioning. A staff member told us it's been broken for YEARS!! It was difficult to breathe and the poor employees were dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about this. It's not acceptable to force these people to work under such conditions and I certainly will not bring my elderly aunt back to shop in this disgusting armpit of a store.
