By far the best Hertz office I’ve ever rented car from! Always responsive and gave me the best car they had. Highly recommended. Also, it almost always has the best price in whole PVD/BOS area.

I always rent car with Hertz.
This is my first time renting car with Hertz in Milford. The car is extremely dirty! Would not recommend them!

I would avoid Hertz in Milford at all costs. I have rented cars from there for the past year and each time the car was not ready and I had to wait hours until it was ready. Last time I missed my son’s taekwondo competition out in PA due to the lack of the vehicle being ready. This week was the last straw I will ever give them my business. I reserved a car days ahead of time. I went to pick up the car and there was no cars available at all in the lot. So the employee said even though I counted about seven. The point of having a reservation is to insure you have a car to drive away with. The employer Niko was very rude and told me if I wanted a car the only thing available was in Attleboro for 2:30 and was a Mercedes which he wanted to up-charge me on-top of not having a vehicle at the time of need. I told him I could not wait due to having a commitment at 3pm that I could not miss thst had to do with my son. Once again I missed my son’s second competition in Maryland due to their lack of unavailable vehicles and no communication days prior to me having to pick up the car so I could have made reservations at another rental. As I explained the need of how important it was to have a vehicle available for me, Niko continuously repeated that it was not his problem and that he didn’t care. I also told him Hertz will no longer have my business and I walked out. As I walked out my husband was still in the building and Niko continued to bad mouth me and called me names under his breath in front of my husband. Needless to say I gave a call to Enterprise afterwards and their customer service was excellent and I will now bring my business to them.

My first time ever to write a review about any company I end up canceling a 3 day reservation due to bad customer service I experience,my first complaint is the unwillingness to resolve a issue with a third party reservation as I am already someone who is experience in this very industry,2.Trying to give me a Buick encore B4 class vehicle compact/crossovers while i reserve a Nissan Rogue which is a Q4 class medium size SUV vehicle I had no problem with an alternative if one class is overbooked but trying to tell me the Buick is the same class and not even confirming with me if the alternative suits me but just hand me the key as if either I take it or leave it and on top of it giving defensive attitude when I voice my opinion about her customer service.as a returning customer who had never had a problem at this location,was actually shocked at how I felt like I was begging,clearly my business was not important nor appreciated.i was very much unwelcomed.

People using a debit card beware! I placed a reservation 2 days ago on a "Managers Special" vehicle for this morning. When I went to pick it up, I found out that because I was using a debit card, Hertz wanted to hold an additional $500 on my debit card...bringing my bill to $754; 3x the cost of a 4-day rental. It's a bit steep for anyone working paycheck to paycheck or, in my case, a retiree. Needless to say, I left without my rental. It may be a company policy, but it doesn't mean I agree with it or that I will do business with them again.

Associate told me i need a $200 deposit
I was unaware, they than said that why you should go thru us and not a third party…
Like i was supposed to know
I came back the next day with deposit ready to pick up the car at 8am nobody was in the building five other people showed up its 9:40 am and still nobody had shown up. Site says they are open 8-5 and is even posted on the door. Didnt get to pick up the car until four in the afternoon and the associate that was there didn't offer any type of apology… so safe to say ill never use hertz again

This place is not helpful at all...Put me in a vehicle missing lug nuts and a gouge in the rear tire. Everytime I called to switch out of the vehile they stated they were out of cars. People were polite but not helpful at all. Enterprise is down the street. Always had no issues there.

Had a confirmed Uber reservation through hertz , went to pick up and was told to leave without any explanation. We don’t do Uber she said. Get your branches straightened up Hertz and don’t waste peoples time and money!
