Placed an order for delivery to a Northbridge address 11 minutes away from this shop. Had my order refunded due to being out of their delivery zone. Called and was told they don't deliver to Northbridge and they go by towns not distance. That's fine, but nowhere on their website does it specify the towns they'll deliver to. All I could find was that they deliver "throughout the greater Milford area." I would highly recommend you setup a basic system to show an error when someone enters a town that you don't deliver to. That way people don't waste their time like I did.

I am in awe of how kind they were at Francis Flowers. I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered to someone at the Hospital and did not know the person was in I C U. Francis Flowers told me the hospital would not accept the flowers. Francis Flowers said they would call every day to see when the patient was put in a regular room and Francis Flowers would make up a fresh arrangement at that time. I mean really, who does anymore? How kind and caring !!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness FF. No wonder you've been in business for 50 years! I would highly recommend this business and I will use the again !

Wanted to send flowers to my stepmother on her anniversary after my father passed away. Unfortunately, they don’t waste their time delivering flowers unless they call in advance and confirm someone’s there… so no surprise.And, as you would expect, most people don’t pick up unknown numbers. So… it was wasted effort and a disappointing day. This place is terrible, and I don’t recommend them. Just the worst.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I had a few arrangements made for a party I was having and I am completely blown away with how gorgeous they are. I had more compliments on the flowers than any other element of the party. I highly recommend for any and all occasions. They will not disappoint!

I prefer to call in for ordering floral arrangements. We discussed options and scheduled delivery for tomorrow 27 January. I got a call this morning to advise weather issues and was asked if delivery today would work. Today was good. I got a call from my friend several hours later thanking me for such a beautiful arrangement. Francis Flowers did an outstanding job.

WOW!!! The most gorgeous and impressive bouquet was delivered to my fiancé’s grieving aunt and grandmother, can’t thank you enough for such exceptional work! The sales associate I placed my order with was warm and professional, and the florist created a masterpiece to my specifications. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!

The flower arrangement was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever seen. Beautifully arranged with the perfect selection and variety of flowers. I am hesitant to post a photo since it will not do it justice.
