Stay away from GameStop. I paid $700 for a new PS5 and I can't even use it because it keeps asking me for a password that I never set up and I can't return it because it out of the box. When I called Nick was very unprofessional and rude and all I was trying to do is get help so i can play my game that I paid $700 for. Will never go back, and Nick should be fired because he doesn't know how to handle customers.

Everytime we come here the employees are super interactive. They love to engage with the customers. We bought a game the other day and they accidentally gave us the display case which didn't have the disk. My son went back to let them know and they apologized and gave it to him with no issues! Super nice employees!

All though the company has fell off by rigging prices when selling games, the customer satisfaction is A++ with who is working there! Helped me get it shipped to the store when I was looking for 1 game and there was only 1 preowned. Deliver was within 4 days for my purchase

I bought a meta quest 2 from them and when I got home and opened it they was just wooden blocks inside of it and they told me they can’t do nothing for me. The plastic wrap was tampered with as well. 405 dollars for wooden blocks and no money back. I ADVISE everyone either not to go there or if you do check everything before you leave.

Bought a game set for son and when opened it was wood $406.54 later they can't do nothing about it then on top of that a guy that work there was very disrespectful said i would love for him to bend me over and spank me then told my 14 yr old son what he gunna do about it
