“I don't shop at Marshalls unless I am in need of something and in a hurry. My friend wanted to stop by here and she found items that she was willing to pay Massachusetts sales tax to get. My son wanted to try the chips and popcorn that were for sale.I was impressed by how well and maintained the store looked. Other Marshalls I have visited look like customers don't care if they make a mess. The checkout is organized with an automated voice saying which registers are ready for the next customer.This Marshalls was quite busy. That's a good sign.”
“It's a very clean store that for the most part is not overcrowded so it's usually an easy shop without the elbow bumps that occur at similar big box stores.One small issue is their inventory shortages on a lot of items.”
“This Walmart is not a super center so it’s obvious they won’t have everything a bigger store has. There’s just so many things that you expect to find there that they don’t have. Also, you have the employees at the door basically searching everybody. I understand that they might have a problem with theft, but, I’m not a thief and don’t feel comfortable people treating me or everyone else for that matter, as if we were. So I only go to that store if there’s no way for me to get to another store.”
“Cashier Alex was phenomenal! His personality flourished. He went above and beyond to make us feel special. He was respectable, clean, dressed according to code from top to bottom. He made sure to keep eye contact when talking and he used a clear, calm voice. He was very patient, although my friend and I could seem difficult at times. Overall, best employee I personally have ever encountered everywhere in my whole entire life.”
“My 1st great experience at walmarts ,usually hate going there ,but i had to take a vieo and transfer to D V D ,and the young man who help me was great a real asset to walmarts ,he went out of his way to help ,fill out the proper info and send it in tothe company ,friday 6/ 30 /.23 at 12 o"clock ...a gentleman and a scholar ,,you need more like him ,best part ,he spoke perfect english ,thank you for your help ,i needed to vent ,”
