I purchased a Subaru outback from Charles. The car had 200 K miles. I was little worried but Charles assured me that Subaru a good cars and they can go over 200k. I trusted him and got the car. After just two days of driving the car something happened. I lost the break, almost got into an accident. I turned back the car to Charles. He told me that I have to pay for the break service. Crazy as it sound. I told him that it will not pass inspection anyway. Finally he fixed the car. After 3 months the car broke down and I had an engine light. I fixed the problem after spending a lot of money. My mechanic told me that the car has a problem with the transmission converter which cost so much to fix. It's not worth it. I called Charles to let him know about the car he sold me. As soon as I said that the car is not whT you told me he hung up on me. This man turned to a theif. Please don't buy any junk from him. He lost his soul .

Very fair. My husband has purchased a couple of cars from Charles over the years. We’ve always had good experiences. We just purchased a car for my daughter. She’s loves it!!

I have purchased 10 Cars from Charles Gillespie in the last five years for my company , never had a problem until July 3 when I purchased two cars and directly asked Charles if there was any reason either car would have a problem on inspection I specifically asked if there was any engine light service engine soon etc. on and was told no three days later I bring one of the Kies for an inspection and they told me the battery was disconnected so I have to drive 50 miles for the computer to work correctly the garage said somebody reset the computer by disconnecting the battery when I inform Charles that the car couldn't get an inspection sticker he basically told me not my problem you bought it that's not the guy I've been dealing with it's just the guy he turned into very sad I will never purchase another car from him again and I live down the street from him when dealers get to the point of disconnecting batteries for an easy sale As far as I'm concerned it should be criminal

Charles is a hardass but ya gotta love him. Hes a fair guy and gives it to you straight. Hes just flipping low $ cars.
