The team at Fitlife amazes me with their dedication and passion for providing effective and energetic programming while remaining locked in on inspiring their clients to consistently challenge themselves. They invite each of us to become stronger and healthier in myriad ways, including fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.Their trainers are top notch and never phone it in. Jenine, Sue and Danielle have encouraged me to push myself and I’m seeing results. Their expertise and drive are evident in every class they teach.The facility itself is spotless and the equipment is all modern.I could go on but really, just go see for yourself!”

“I visited Row House on a free trail class and I LOVED IT. Me and my sister had never rowed before besides playing around with the row machine at the gym a couple of times. We arrived to our class a couple minutes before and our amazing instructor Kaila made sure we were both set up correctly, had proper form, and knew how to keep in rhythm. The class was at a great tempo and Kaila did a great job engaging, pushing, and coaching the class. Me and my sister had a great time and were sore in all the right places the next day.”

“I've been lifting for years and wanted to try something new. I was in love with my previous gym, but moved and had to find a new one. I have really particular standards when it comes to gyms. I was nervous to try crossfit but Eastiefit is an incredible community of athletes of all kinds. Coaches are both patient and motivating, they'll definitely push you but it's in a really motivating way. Everyone is really knowledgeable about movement and injury prevention, especially for women. Its also a holistic approach to wellness, and the facility is always spotless. Love it here, highly recommend.”

“This is a great addition to Charlestown and such a good workout. You don't have to be a runner to do their classes. “Love this gym. Having trained bjj at a few different gyms, I can honestly say that this gym has been the best. Jason is very knowledgeable not just in bjj, but in other disciplines as well. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pace of the instruction part of the classes are balanced and easy to follow (even with complex sequences). The rolls are competitive, yet slow enough to practice techniques. A true family atmosphere.”

“i’m going to give broadway jui jitsu a 10/10. I recently became a member of this gym and let me tell you the people here are amazing. Before I knew it I had friends and training partners that I learned so much from and love terribly. Before I came to this gym I never liked working out. I love coming here and learning how to defend myself. I’ve learned so much from John, Lisa, Demetrius, Dimitri, Joe, AJ, Sensei SaPedro, Sensei Jay, Sensei Fong, Sensei Larry and of course my ukes. Do yourself a favor and join a gym you actually like by joining broadway jiu jitsu. I absolutely stumbled on a pot of gold here. I have had a blast. It’s been five months of training and I think I’ve accidentally learned how to be an assassin. It takes a lot of work to stand back up when you get knocked down a million times but I can personally say after that million and one time it gets a little easier.”

I’ve gotten a lot stronger since joining and have learned the correct form for exercises I was doing incorrectly in the past. The small class sizes make it so the instructor can give more focused attention. Good variety within classes as well! “I only join this location because of it's proximity from home. However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”
