Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Everett on Revere Parkway, because this place is a disaster. Orders consistently messed up, lines of cars 6-12 people deep (at like 3 in the afternoon!), and food that tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Don't usually leave bad reviews of fast food joints but felt obligated to let people know this is an "avoid at all costs" location.

Terrible experience and extremely lethargic staff. Employees have no idea what they're doing. When was the last time someone had to wait 40 minutes for fast food? I placed mobile order and they couldn't find it. Then I showed on my phone and after fumbling around for 10 minutes finally they found it. It took them 25 minutes to process that order and all I ordered was few drinks and sandwiches. Never coming back to this placeEdit: also forgot to mention the person handling food was sweating and obviously not wearing any gloves. Threw the food out and only drank the beverages. Just terrible

Patiently stood in line for a long time inside the store along with other people. No one even bothered to help. They just worked with the people in the drive-through and people who ordered online. Eventually we left.

Terrible service. They take forever in preparing your order specially when you see that there are multiple people working inside extremely slow and they wouldn't care about the customers.

I mean it’s nothing new but can they get an order right once? I asked for two sandwiches plain , they have everything on them, after waiting 25 mins in line my daughter won’t even eat hers now which I guess in turn is a good thing cause they shorted us my sandwhich , I mean I know you were busy but that was a 6$ sandwich and god forbid you check your bag in line then they’re mad at you I never get fast food and the very few times I go it’s always some bs.

Can this Wendy’s be any slower? I occasionally visit this Wendy’s location since it’s near my house however it seems it would be faster if i went to a Wendy’s in another state and come back. I just witnessed an employee pack a fry box one fry at a time, no joke. The workers are here to just kill the time for their paycheck. It’s always at least a 20min wait for your food.

I will never go back again. I waited 30 minutes for 2 medium fries and to frosty chinos. I only went there because I saw a commercial stating that people liked Wendy's fries more than McDonald's fries. The fries were not as tasty and the frosty chinos were blah. Not worth the 30 minutes of waiting.

Food was great but I would not describe it as "fast." Likely not the restaurant's fault, they may have been understaffed or had a surge (5:00 PM on a Saturday). I went through the drive thru and was in line for more than half an hour. That said, I'd certainly eat there again. Fries were nice and crispy, and my triple baconator was on point.

5 stars because my food was fresh and tasted really good but also because it was very clean and the manager Joseph was very nice and cheerful he had such a great energy so even if my food was not good I would have given 5 stars because of this employee.

This isn’t the staff’s fault, but you shouldn’t be able to put an order for breakfast through for it to be “ready at 6:30 am” if it isn’t going to be ready until 7 am. When I got there at 6:30 am, the staff almost seemed surprised and said it was going to take a bit. And now I’m late for work, but the good news is Wendy’s breakfast is great for the price.
