A small local business that not only does wash and fold, but they do pickup and delivery for only $10?! Given I don’t have a car and live almost a mile from the nearest laundromat, Washvault is a godsend for me. Texting with Joanna to arrange pickup and delivery was very easy. My new go-to laundromat!

I recently had a terrible experience with the teenager who works there. Did a dropoff and specifically asked to dry on low heat. The employee did clearly not follow this instruction as all my shirts shrank significantly. This is the second time that this has happened (also with the same employee, who seems underaged for the job). All the other employees are generally nice with good service, but this was unacceptable service from a generally good business.

I fold laundry for a client every Tuesday and I come here to do it. Employees are awesome and always have something good on the TV to watch while I fold.Plus they have free snacks!

I used their pickup / wash / delivery service since I was having surgery and can't do my own. Very easy to set up with texting. They picked it up from the right spot, brought it back at the specified time. Prices were pretty good too. Appreciate y'all in the neighborhood and will recommend you.

Very clean and comfortable inside. They have a very comfy couch to sit in while you wait for your laundry. There was a good amount of washers out of service but they were the small ones. The change machine was out of service but the nice man who works there will give you quarters.Only thing id say would be to get those washers fixed so people aren't waiting.

My wife and I tried this laundromat because our shared units in our building were out of service. Firstly, we chose this business due to it being the only one open at 6:30 or 7pm in the immediate area, which was helpful for us. Secondly, and the primary reason I am writing a review is because I tried using the credit-card reader equipped dryer, and got it funded for roughly 70 min and left the store. However, upon returning an hour later, right before close, the attendant told me that I had accidentally only set it up to run for 5 min! As such, while I was gone, the dryer shut off. The attendant realized this and understood that as they were about to close, that I would have had to take my wet clothes home. So, without a second thought he put money in the dryer while I was gone, so that my clothes were dry when I arrived. He told me this, which I was very thankful for, and then refused to take any money to cover the funds he supplied to the dryer. He was very professional and thoughtful, and I will absolutely be back here again, especially as their prices are less than the units in my building!

really nice place! went there for the first time as my washer is broken and had a positive experience. clean, nice decor, friendly staff, and quite a few new machines in very good condition.

Your hours suck. Opening at 10am and closing early evening? Please have more accessible hours for people with busy schedules. At the least if you open earlier in the morning that would be helpful.

This past week I visited wash vault for the first time. The service and results were nothing short of amazing. From the second I walked in the door they made me feel like I was washing clothes in my own home. Joanna was extremely polite and helpful and I will definitely be taking my clothes back soon!

I’ve been using the laundromat as my apartment doesn’t have a good option for laundry. It’s always so clean at washvault and I haven’t had to wait for a machine yet. The staff are incredibly kind and happy to help you out. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I walked in and out in under 10 minutes and parked next to the store at 630 pm both at pickup and drop off. The owner was welcoming and has a great shop with clean, new machines. I had a king size comforter drop off and it was done the next day. The price was very competitive and I am glad I went to Washvault. 5 stars.

The staff at Washvault are amazing. I always go to wash my comforters and heavy blankets and they do an amazing job and get them back to me in a timely manner. The laundromat itself is very clean and well kept up with. I highly recommend checking it out!

I have used their wash dry fold service for years I have never had a single issue they are fast and my clothes are clean and folded neatly. When they were closed for repairs recently I tried several local competitors and had a terrible experience or spent 2-3x as much. I routinely recommend them to anyone new to the area.
