Anna is the WORSTT hotel staff in this establishment all together she was even giving a bit racism behavior and I don’t know where to begin from her disrespectful rude nasty attitude or her overall dishonesty and lack of knowledge of things that completely ruined my trip alone from having an explore form for the first time and she falsely told me on the phone and I validated with her twice she said to book my hotel stay at a regular rate then to present the form the day I check in to get an adjusted rate and she failed to admit that a specific employee code had to be used to get the adjusted rate for my stay on the Marriott app then was extremely rude and failed to help me and her only solution from this mess was for me to cancel my reservation on my end stated that I will get hit with a waiver fee I can dispute with the bank, and re book my reservation with the code and it only took her to switch her attitude when she realized that I knew one of the co workers to actually try to help and she also lied about charging things to the room she stated that a hotel guest can’t use their credit card to pay for items from the snack bar and to just charge it to the room but when another front desk employee was there I was given the option to use my credit card instead of charging to the room which is ridiculous that even a simple thing like this she could not even be honest but overall this establish was decent and there are wonderful employees especially the manager and one other employee that was extremely accommodating and understanding with this situation but Anna on the other hands truly ruined my experience and it’s ashamed that she is representing this hotel property because of her nasty attitude and dishonesty this will be my last time staying at this hotel…please do yourself a favor AVOID ANNA taking care of you when you check in and save yourself the stress by having someone else help you….

Parking: where is she? Is she in the room with us? She cost 12.00 a day... they have about 6 parking spots for all 3 hotels!!! If you're not lucky enough to score one of them, you get the parking garage. As 2 women travelers near Boston, no thank you. Also the rooms were ok at best, the air conditioning was horrendous and we stayed warm the entire trip.
The perks were the location, very close to everything but there are plenty of other hotels near by offering better AC/Parking/Rooms. This also marks well over my 100th night stay as a titanium member.. not once have I gotten an upgrade,, pretty sure I'll get to 200 without one as well. So there program is obviously a gimmick , but over all it's an OK hotel.

Not clean, unsanitary, and dishonest staff. They don't change the sheets. We had a pubic hair in our sheets. I asked for a new comforter twice because of blood on them, and we just found some on the third comforter. After staying in the room for 7 days I asked the manager for my room to be cleaned everyday because housekeeping wasn't making rounds and we had no clean towels or toilet paper. Housekeeping said I had a do not disturb sign on my door - that's a lie. I never once hung it on my door during my stay. During our one week stay we never had our room cleaned - I've filed a complaint with the Boston Health Department. There were qr codes for housekeeping and food service for tips. Seriously, pay your employees and don't push it on your customers. Also all the utensils, cups, plates, etc at breakfast were plastic. The amount of plastic waste was astounding and they didn't offer recycling. The Marriott's mission statement is "Making a positive and sustainable impact wherever we do business." This doesn't align with your mission statement.

It's a no for me. The pictures are from the second room because believe it or not, the first one was worse.... For clarification, the spots shown in the photos of the bedding are what you can see through the sheet.

Would give it negative stars if possible.Booked room for 3 adults. We received queen with pullout couch.Pullout couch had never been cleaned and was full of debris and nastiness.Asked for help and the moved us to another room and then had no pillows. We called and asked about that and they told us to go back to the other room to get pillows.F- and never again staying here. Beware.

Nice rooms! Very clean and friendly staff. Parking situation is confusing when you arrive, they don’t have many spots but you can park in the garage across the street and they’ll validate the ticket so you’re not charged twice.

Awful parking experience. Don't recommend if parking is important for you. They have very little parking outside the hotel so you must go across the street to park in a private garage. You must then use the garage's PAPER tickets, remember to take it with you thr next morning and get hotel validation to exit the garage. Heaven forbid you lose that ticket because the hotel can't help you get out of the garage. So on our last day of course, running bit late for our flight, we realize we've lost the ticket. Front desk tells us to ring the attendant who will let us out at the gate. When we are at the gate to exit the attendant says no way. We must park the car, go up to 3rd floor office to pay for a lost ticket and then exit with a receipt they issue you. WOW! Needless to say very disappointed this is the parking system in place for the hotel. I travel for work and this is by far the worst parking system I've encountered.

Bad experience. Arrived on the evening of the first night with my family. In the room, only one bed had been prepared. I went down and asked for the second bed to be prepared, but I only got some sheets, no pillows and no blanket - luckily it was summer. Had to go down a second time to ask for additional towels. In morning, I asked for the second bed to be prepared, and I said that just in front of our room the corridor was dirty. The receptionist apologized and took notice. Unfortunately, nothing was done, the room was not serviced and the corridor remained dirty. The next morning, I again complained so, the third night the main bed was made… but not the second! The corridor was as dirty as ever.Bad experience overall, with also an overcrowded breakfast room, not enough staff and poor hygiene.

Simply beautiful. The rooms are spacious and full of amenities. Very comfortable and the rooms are so quiet , which was so perfect for a good nights rest. Located right behind shopping and dining. The complimentary breakfast was great as well, great selections and variety. Highly recommend this hotel, no complaints at all! Will be coming back for sure

Very happy with my 3 weeks stay for work. A convenient location outside Boston but quick 15 mins metro ride. I loved the walk path to assembly Row and my favorite Trader Joe’s. I was sold very easily on the location. But the team at Fairfield are so pleasant. Any questions I asked, they answered it with a smile.

A bit far from downtown, but very clean and secure. Breakfast foods variety was great. ( egg several types, cheesecake, fruits, juices, hot breads, milk, etc.) Quite. Fair price.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April and had a good experience. We were a group of 3, so my son slept on the sleeper sofa and that worked out fine. It was more comfortable than a regular sofa bed on springs. I liked the layout of the room and the convenience of having a fridge and hotplate should we have needed it. Storage was good.Breakfast each morning had a variety of options and was kept well stocked. The location is good if you're traveling into Boston. We didn't have a car so we used the train to get into town. To get to the train you go out the front doors of the hotel, walk across the street to the parking garage, walk to the far side of the parking garage and go up a few levels to reach the pedestrian bridge that will take you to the trains. I would say it's a 8 or 9 minute walk. Incredibly convenient. We got to enjoy staying in Boston without the high cost of staying in downtown Boston. We took a Lyft to the hotel at night at about 10:00 PM and it took about 20 minutes. We had a very early flight on the way home and it was only about a 10 minute drive.

Excellent stay and superb guest service. My stay wasn't originally planned ahead but by default after mass airport delays cause hotel shortages and hikes. Salvatore was very helpful and professional. He had my keys ready as soon as I got it and unlike the surrounding hotels, the nightly rate was same average Marriott rate. I want to thank *this* Marriott location for not exploiting the airport delays last night. The property is one of three other hotels in a cluster and somewhat tucked away from the traffic area, which is good. Everything looks beautiful and is new. It was impressive to even see brand new elevators. Chic light fixtures line the hallway to the rooms with nice accents along the way. The room was like a studio condo and felt like home. The refrigerator was very modern. I slept so well there, and the pillows are comfortableBreakfast was amazing and on 2nd floor within lounge area. The had these delicious egg and cheese with spinach hand pies and other yummy bites. The lounge area is lofty and decorated. If I come back to Boston I will definitely stay here again great experience.
