Love the place, clean, locations everywhere, but please God do something about people sitting on machines while on their phones. It is epidemic and extremely frustrating.

Weight area was jam packed, mostly with teenagers. All the benches were taken. The benches were only 3 ish feet apart. When I got a bench no 30, 35 or 40 lb pound weights were available. Really really don’t like going June, July and August.

Canceled my membership at 11AM with the club manager and had no issues. I’m used to being hassled and interrogated when canceling memberships but I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. We’ll see about future billing if they stay true.

Pros:
- Affordable
- Good cardio, TRX, dumb bell exercise possibilities
- Staff try to be friendly (vs. useful/thoughtful)
Cons:
- No barbell free weights - only smith machines
- No trap bars - especially for ones who are going thru PT
- Members at times have to wait for front desk to scan cards 'cos they want staff to engage customers. But any questions that need follow up are never registered / followed up. Feels like forcing employees to do a ritual without understanding of better service.
- Few times a month, they dont open on time. Atleast this specific location. Frustrating experience - many people wake up early in morning and just stand outside. Plan to use gym later if you want to avoid frustration
