Someone already mentioned integrity and $500 saved. I could have paid them $3000 for work that was needed but they advised to reconsider and that it was probably time to think about getting a new car for various reasons. Unbelievable integrity and a customer for life.

Went to get my car inspected and failed, no big deal it was a minor problem which is annoying but fixable. Came back the next day during inspection hours and they said they weren’t going to do it, came back AGAIN the day after on my lunch break and the “inspection machine is off”. Go literally anywhere else for inspections.

Their integrity saved me over $500. A shop that recently rotated my tires told me I needed new front brake pads and rotors. That I was down to only a few thousand miles of pad left.
My mechanic at Maynard Motors showed me upwards of nearly a centimeter of pad left, worth tens of thousands of miles with my EV. I'm very grateful he spoke up. I wonder how many other shops would have just gone ahead and taken the sale.

amazing place! highly recommend! they do not scam anyone ever. they are honest and do things right the first time. they take the customers concerns into account and ensure you get what you need. Whenever my car goes in and they find something unrelated that should be fixed soon they call and ask if i'd like it fixed that day or if i'd like to wait.

Brought car in for AC repair. Told them that there must be a leak, as it was charged less than 2 years prior. They returned the car charged and said there were no leaks found. 5 days later it was no longer blowing cold air. Brought it back to have inspected. Now a leak was located, but they cannot fix.I’m no mechanic, but I have to think there’s a better option to find a leak than what they did.

I had tires put on at Maynard Motors today! They were so helpful during the process of finding my tires, getting them delivered and on my car! From start to finish was under 24 hours! Dave, Mark and Scott were amazing! Even giving me a ride home during the snow storm to try out my new tires!! They were beyond reasonable and have finally found my new shop!! I will be back soon- thank you for making my vehicle safer for my children & family!!!A-
