Elfstone is a great store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have made beautiful rings for us and also repaired other jewelry we brought. No hesitation in providing them with a 5 star rating!

Knowledgeable, talented staff in a beautiful store filled with a range of fine and unique jewelry, also offering repairs and remaking of jewelry. Most recently, they remade an antique brooch into a pendant to be worn on a new strand of pearls, a wedding gift for new daughter in law.

They are a great business; I recommend them highly. Over the past week have taken a watch in that wasn't working and hadn't been used in years as well as a bracelet that needed repairs. The watch is like new, with a new band as well, and the bracelet is brilliant. They kept in touch as repairs were made. Very professional!

This is my "go-to" jewelry store whenever I need a quick gift or repair, or just to buy an interesting and unique piece of jewelry for myself!

Nice jewelry store in Mashpee Commons. Mostly silver jewelry but some gold. They also carry watches too from a brand name. Friendly employees and cute store. Just walked in to look around when we were in the area. Lots of merchandise.

I love this jewelry shop. I brought in my wedding rings to be welded together and they had them back to me in under a week. They are so reasonable. When my son was little he needed a medic alert bracelet because of his severe peanut allergy and Andy the owner took such good care of him. I can’t say enough good about how wonderful the service is and the impeccable work they do!

Elfstone silver & gold is my go to jewelry store! I recently went in to find a few gifts for family and friends and the entire staff was super helpful and friendly! I had no idea what to get and they came up with wonderful options and gift wrapped everything so beautifully! I always enjoy my experience with this family run business!!

Sells old batteries for triple the price. Go elsewhere. Needs to retire. Lousy attitude.

If you'd like to be completely embarrassed when your fiancé's finger turns green after a month of being engaged..AND paying for something that was sold as "REAL 14K GOLD" And then to be ignored & fight & struggle to return it (YOU HUMILIATED ME..NO, I REFUSE YOUR DEMANDS THAT I EXCHANGE IT)..Then THIS is the place for you.

We have been going to see Andy at Elfstone for years especially when we needed a custom piece made or a beautiful, unusual piece of jewelry. Andy and his family and staff are the greatest and we recommend Elfstone to all of our friends. No matter what you are looking for in jewelry, you have to visit Elfstone first! You won't be disappointed!

I was hesitant but after great thought I decided to give an honest review on my recent visit to the store. I have done several transactions over the years, so I was taken back. My son purchased a corded charm set for me for my birthday. The cords come in different sizes , 6, 6.30, 7 etc.. well he got the wrong size cord. I called and spoke with Andy explaining I would need a larger size cord, as the one that was purchased was too small. Now keep in mind I have a bracelet set that I cannot wear till I get the new cord. Which Andy needed to order from the company who makes them. Ok, I show up with charm and cord, not worn at all with the intentions of swapping for the proper size. I couldn't believe he charged me $50.00 for the new cord. seriously poor poor business. I asked what do I do with the 6.30 size that doesn't fit my wrist? His answer was oh well, I can't use it .I'm sure he could have sold with another charm set. It's purely principal. Your'e selling a charm and cord set, which are costly to begin with. Now your'e charging again for the proper size cord. For that reason alone you just lost a loyal customer.
