disgusting unprofessional customer service. cannot even believe this joke of a place exists!! losers! you should probably ensure your shop is 100% taken off of repair pal websites if you're not going to be honoring the appointments. i made an appointment about a month in advance through repair pal and waited WEEKS, getting a email confirmation that "ocean bluff repair shop" accepted my appointment. when i got there after waiting weeks, working over time , and praying my car will be fixed soon, they have NO idea about my appointment and then have the nerve to blame me. How about you make sure you're not set up for appointments you can not take on? absolute scum

The air gauge is broken; so, you can pump air and have no idea what the PSI is. They refused to refund the 4-quarters, which I told them would be going right back into the machine while I calibrated the PSI myself a 2nd time. They refused and proceeded to argue with me about why I was using a broken air pump (no signage indicating it's broken). The cashier argues with me to the point of yelling and the owner made him give me 4-quarters. However, then he went outside and argued with me for like 10 min. So, you lose a daily customer over 4-quarters that you instantly get back? It's simply idiotic. After this, I was going to get an inspection sticker and gas, but I left instead. I won't be going back.

Showed up at 1:30 on a Saturday for an inspection. They said to leave the stuff in the car and they’d get to it. Waited for 40 mins only to be told they can’t do it today. Rather tell me the truth than waste my time. Won’t be back.

I had 2 bad experiences the past few years, 1st time I went to get an inspection sticker and the doors were open but did not see anyone so I waited for about 10 minutes to see if anyone was around and finally the mechanic walked out and said "What do you want" in a nasty tone of voice. So I got back in my car and went some where else. The 2nd time I went there to rent a U-Haul van and according to the rental contract they are supposed to give you a full tank and you return the van with a full tank. The tank showed full when I left with the van but dropped to 3/4 of a tank after driving a few miles I was not driving very far so I did not think much of it. When I returned the van it took almost $15.00 to fill the tank and should have only taken $5.00. I complained to the owner and he said you only should have put $5.00 in. When I kept complaining he verbally threw me out of the store. I have not been back since.

We had a window fall into the door while on vacation. We called around to many repair shops and all were so busy with at least one week wait including the Honda dealer since our car is a Honda Pilot. Facing a 10 Hour drive home we could not imagine dealing with a garbage bag taped around the window flapping in the wind and coming loose for hours. We contacted Ocean Bluff and finally we had relief. They took us immediately and the charge was so incredibly reasonable. They knew we really needed it to get done and did not gouge on the price. I would highly highly recommend this place is a very reputable and honest business and if I lived on the South Shore this would be my go to place. It is good to know we have a place in case something happens with our car while on vacation since we come here at least once a year.

Assaulted me in parking lot when I refuse to pay for them mounting a tire with holes in it on rim. I asked Tony the owner to help resolve situation so when I took tire out of the car Tony pinned me against my car and demanded his mechanics to take the tire physically from me resulting in cuts all of my arm. I had to call the police.......Go to Marshfield Tire Repair for all services!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These cats had zero wait and an easy access garage for a 15 minute inspection. My car is a PHEV which isn't too common with repair shops, and I appreciated the tech's candor in asking questions about it instead of assuming functionality. Connected to the full service garage is a gas station and convenience store with a larger than expected selection of snacks and mealstuffs. Plexiglass dividers abound, along with signs requesting masks, but only half the staff were wearing them. Wasn't entirely comfortable, especially with those inside.
