I visited the Town Fair Tire in Marlborough, MA last Friday due to a flat tire on my way from NJ to Boston for my daughter’s school event. Getting to know my situation, Matt at the Marlborough office really went above and beyond in getting my tire fixed and getting me back on the road ASAP. I truly cannot express fully my appreciation to Matt and the crew, for not only fixing the tire but also the empathy they have shown which is the true essence of valuable “customer service”!

My car unexpectedly failed a state inspection and I needed to get new tires ASAP! Town Fair Tire was able to squeeze me in same-day and get 4 new tires to pass inspection before their local competitor even called me back from my voicemail! Very fast, very professional. Thanks Chris and José!
