Savers Maneger extremely rude and terrible attitude. Iteams price are too extremely extremely expensive. They sell not working fan. I bought Christmas light not working eithe. All the clothes has a lot of stain dirty smelling disgusting. It’s a waste of time and money

Nice big Savers with a great variety of items. They’ve done a nice job of pulling out seasonal items and making cute displays on the ends of aisles. The only downside is that they didn’t have dressing rooms open.

Brought a beautiful recliner couch to this facility and the workers taking product in were rude and said they did not want the couch because it was too heavy... what? This couch was flawless and never really sat on.
I've never encountered a place that is taking stuff in for free to make a profit refuse it! I will throw stuff out in the trash before I bring it to this facility.

I was there a month ago a manager with short hair and Tattoos kicked me out for doing nothing called police I think this woman is Prejudice She called us all kinds of names The police then do anything didn't even arrest us.And I don't understand how this woman can get away with this I don't even understand how corporate office.Let's go get away with this She's the most rude But I know one thing The person that's gonna take care of her Is god he knows the truth This manager is crazy

Last week was the first time I visited a Savers. I found some great clothing pieces, but as I was checking out at self checkout, the man with tattoos and a cast on his leg was the rudest worker I've ever come across. First, he stared at me the entire time without once looking away. As a woman, it's pretty creepy. I pushed it aside as they might have a stealing problem. But, as I was trying to pay he was vocally annoyed that I didn't instantly understand how their machine worked. I put my card in the machine and it showed payment went through. He then started getting more aggressive and was telling me I was doing it wrong and need to go through all the screen prompts in order for the payment to actually go through. Fine, but instead of just telling me what I need to do, he was instantly aggressive and annoyed that I didn't just instantly know and yelling the steps at me. I loved the items I found, but this guy should not be working at self checkout to "help" people.

With a billionaire CEO and astronomical prices, this is NOT a thrift store. The good pieces are taken and sold online. If you donate, do so at Thrift Sisters, where people in need can afford to go.

Another complaint about pricing. I sort of hate how people complain that it's stuff that has been given to them - that's kind of the point of thrift stores, no?
But in this case I think it's a little crazy how high they price items. Things I recognize and know I can get new just a few dollars more. A bunch of clothing items I looked at today had stains on them.

I will never donate here again! The prices are ridiculous! $8 for a small glass Pyrex bowl scratched up and used? Paper thin worn jeans priced between $8 and $15 Dollars.??
I'm realizing I can't even afford to shop at the thrift store.

Was at the Marlborough, MA location tonight 4/30. Utter chaos children running and screaming without supervision. Then the customer service specialist was yelling at multiple customers. One cool, calm, collected customer up front told her she didn’t have to yell, and she got even more aggressive with him. I used to like this location but I guess it has gone downhill. Do not recommend in the least!

Standard savers location, a bit messy compared to ones around us but nothing outlandish. Prices were a bit higher than RI locations too but I’m not sure if prices are regional or something (I would imagine so). The electronics section is seriously lacking, mostly broken monitors, but the shoe section is expansive.
