Ugh. Smashed my phone screen yesterday... Was recommended this store from t-mobile (next door)
We were told the wait was an hr& half to replace it but got a surprising call about 30 mins later. Quality work also! Thank you guys again!!

Made an appointment for a same day phone screen repair. They saw me earlier than my appointment time, and had it fixed within an hour. Very efficient and nice people!

Excellent store and excellent prices. Half the price of what dealer and auto parts store were trying to charge for an ATV battery. Highly recommend. Will use it again myself.

What can I say. My battery was dying and my dealer didn’t care. Batteries plus got one in my car ASAP and I feel safe again. Highly recommend this place. The young lady put it in for me. Girl power!!!!! Thank you!

I wish I could leave no stars thought going back to the original spot would make more sense since there would be no question of where I bought the battery however they wouldnt give me money for a battery that I bought from them they said that there's some kind of core that they already refunded even though I have a battery in my hands that's dead with their name on it they sold it to me years ago when it already was TWO YEARS OLD beware! Don't waste your time and money. THE PERSON WHO SOLD ME THE BATTER YEARS AGO STILL WORKS THERE AND "HELPED" ME AGAIN. How would I have a battery that's already been turned in??? Manger response says everything about the company?

I attempted to order online and do a store pickup. The online order failed with a credit card error, and the Marlborough store didn't receive the order, of course. BUT... my credit card was charged. The charge remained as pending and went away after a few days. I called the store and then called cust support. They ghosted me for 25 minutes. They lost a $250 car battery sale. Their web site totally sucks and is unusable imho.

I did an online order and went to the store (marlborough MA location) only to be told that there is no installation as there is shortage of staff and only one person working. Had to cancel my order, waste of my time, energy and money to go to battey plus, If there is no installation at the store, it should have been told while ordering the item online.Next time:-Walmart has free next day delivery for batteries, cost way less than battery plus and their max battery is even better than batteries plus battery, takes 5 min to install and will do myself. Do not need that service from such shops who do not honour online orders.

Pickup my order at the store was an easy experience and the battery is a quality item as described. The service guy was pleasant to talk to, he would answer whatever questions I have and took a great care of battery installation. Thanks and highly recommend.

Easily made a convenient appointment to have the battery on my S21 Ultra replaced. Then I found the folks that run the store were very nice, and they replaced the battery quicker than promised.
